We had the best experience last Sunday. It was our first time visiting this location. Preston was knowledgeable, friendly & took him time to answer all of our questions. We even tried to rush him because we knew the store was closing. He was adamant that we take our time. He was so cool. We made it out by 4:05 on Sunday. Thanks Preston, we appreciate your customer service skills. We will be back.

Jeri helped us today with choosing paint colors for our girls’ bedrooms. She was so helpful, and really sweet to my 10 year old. The store was busy, but she helped everyone, and was very knowledgeable.

Preston is so helpful! I specifically went back to this store after a mediocre experience at a different sherwin Williams and he is awesome to work with. Took the time to answer all my questions. This now is the second experience I have had with him recently and 5 stars both times! I would highly recommend visiting this store over others!

Was there for close to 20 minutes without so much as being acknowledged by the person at the desk, who seemed to be talking to one of his bros about getting a job. We left and went to the Westerville location and were helped by a wonderful guy. Get a clue bro.

I do my best to shop local and shop the smaller stores not big box stores. I also do not take lightly writing reviews. I write positive ones, and I dislike writing negative ones. This one needed to be written.I took a piece of wood in to the store and asked them to match the stain. I even took a piece of the wood I wanted to use so the stain would be applied to the same wood I planned to use. I was told 24-48 hours. After a week we called and were told they needed to check, and that someone would call us in a few minutes..... No call.6 days after that we stopped in to pick up our wood sample and the wood to be matched (So we could take it somewhere else). We were told that it would be done the next morning. We waited, and It was.When We stopped in to pick it up, they gave us our original piece of wood back that we asked to match the stain from, and another random piece of wood that they put some stain on to match. NOT the piece of wood I took in to have them match the stain on. Nor did I get that piece of wood back.They did not do what they said, In a timely manor, what they said they could do, or what I asked.I took my needs to another store. They did what they said, filled my needs in less than 24 hours and sold me all the product I needed to complete my tasks. Sherman Williams Sunbury, you not only lost over $200.00 in sales that day to me, you have lost me as a customer. All I really wanted was for you to follow through and do what you said you could/would do. Why is that asking too much?

I just left sherman Williams in sunbury Ohio today with ALL the paint options for my house. The wonderful lady who was working today, made my choices so easy and my time enjoyable! Will be back and hopefully be able to interact with her again!She was excited, happy, helpful, and her options she gave us were exactly what we needed!Never ever had a paint experience like this!
