The best “Customer Service” I’ve received since I don’t know when. Amy was phenomenal from my entry to my grand exit. This lady waited on me hands & feet. She helped me pick out a shoe, locate my size, got down on the floor and opened boxes, and proceeded to put my shoes on (WHAT!). I had to ask if she was getting commission. This is the best service I’ve had since I was a child. Normally, people don’t even speak, and you can’t find help at all. I’m from East Cleveland, but I’d travel south just to get service like this! Amy you’re remarkable, and management material. The Sperry Co. is lucky to have an employee like you and they should let you train others! I shall return for those awesome deals, but only if you’re working lol.

This store has a great selection of Sperry shoes and mocs. They had some good specials if you wanted to buy multiple pairs of shes (BOGO, buy two, get one, etc.). However, in my opinion, if you're looking to buy a SINGLE PAIR of shoes - it seems a bit PRICEY to me.

"I'm on a boat" shoes are the best and Sperry are the best of the best. Come see an enormous selection of shoes with helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this location.

The two lovely people that helped myself and my wife out near the end of the day on Saturday were absolutely fantastic. They helped make sure I found the proper shoes, while creating a very calm and relaxing atmosphere during the process. They helped me get into two beautiful pairs of shoes that are beautiful and extremely comfortable. I cannot stress enough that their customer service was extremely wonderful
