Been going to Wilson RV for almost 20 years. You can get cheaper, but you can't get better, they do it right. They have taken care of 3 motorhomes for us - awnings replaced, interior cosmetic work, Satellite dishes, bearings changed, electrical issues, Oil Changes on my Cummins 5.9 & 6.7's, AC's replaced, Water Heaters replaced and even fixing factory plumbing (low hot water pressure) issues.

We've taken our Class A motorhome to Wilson RV for a few years now. They've handled a variety of things for us, including motor oil changes, fixing our hot water heater, installing new coach & chassis batteries, fixing the screen door latch, adding valve stem extenders on the inside rear tires, re-calibrating the inverter, installing an LED light strip over the entry side of the RV, and installed a towing system for us. While traveling, we texted them with a question for a problem we were experiencing and they were quick to respond and offered us a great remedy over the phone. They're super polite, very friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!

I called Wilson RV and schedule an appointment to have AGM batteries installed in my Newmar. At drop off, I also asked Brad to take a look at the pilot chair controls and fresh water tank sensor. Within 26 hours, I received an update telephone call. My batteries have been installed and my pilot chair control had been fixed. Brad couldn’t resolve the sensor, but contacted the manufacturer and requested they send a new sensor and not charge me for it. He then contacted Newmar and they approved time for labor. He went the extra mile knowing I am out of warranty. While waiting a couple of days for shipment of the sensor, I received a text to let me know the temperature was dropping into the 30’s that night, and they plugged the rig to amp service and set the thermostat to avoid freezing. This is a two man operation. If you have time to plan ahead, I strongly recommend Wilson RV. Brad is third generation and works with his father, who started with his father in the 1950’s.

Just had some suspension and steering work done by Wilson RV and I am totally satisfied. They got me in when they said they would and the work was done in a very timely manner. The work they did helped tremendously on the handling of my motor coach. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Prices were very reasonable.

I will use Wilson RV again. We have two motor homes they have worked on; an old 1996 HR Endeavor Class A motorhome, nd a newer 2014 Class C. They are booked solid for months at a time, so I just get on their waiting list. If you want it done well, call Wilson. If you want it done now, call someone else. All the work they’ve done has exceeded my expectations.

I needed parts for my slide out awning. My Spring was shot and and caps and bearing was wore out ,they were Carefree of Colorado slide topper parts.I needed the spring both end caps and the awning roller bearing. I called one of the bigger RV places in Columbus figuring they would have the parts they said probably could get them in two weeks. So I searched on yelp and found Wilson RV and thought I would give them a call. I talked to Mike and he was able to get my parts the very next day!! He called me around noon the next day ,the parts had showed up. We were staying at Cardinal shooting center campground and Wilson RV is about 6 miles from here. They were all the original factory parts that I needed. Also there were several big rigs parked in his parking lot so looks like they do all types of work. I would highly recommend!!

I called for a Replacement RV awning. The guy that answered the phone was shot, rude and unprofessional! I asked what a replacement rv awning fabric would cost, he said $500-$13000. I would never do business with rude people like this!
