Yankee Candle is a very nice store that always smells great. It has a wonderful selection of items, lit nicely. Their employees are very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable, and patient, always asking if they can help. The manager is wonderful. The team is great. Customers enjoy having nice conversations with the staff. Some feel things have gotten way too overpriced, but the excellent service is why many continue supporting the local store rather than shopping online.
This is the first time shopping at Yankee Candle store. Amber helped me to understand the layout of the store. I also bought the wick cutter and tool that stuffs the candle out. My house smells good!
