This company is a joke. I highly do not recommend ever using their services. They have no communication skills. Their rates are unrealistic. They make mistakes again and again. Apparently I can call and request services and report issues. Then in less two hours when I call back I'm an unauthorized user. When I asked them if they made a mistake authorizing my call two hours ago, their response was I can not release that information to an unauthorized user.

Not an honest company. They overcharge for propane and then when you call to speak to someone they don't speak English and then never get back to you when they say they will. Joke of a company.

The original delivery in Sept was messed up, Emma had the anounts of fuel wrong ! Then you sent a truck out to fill my tanks when I am on will call for wich I am not paying for ! In the fall when my tanks would have been very low, I was going to have them reset, now I can't because they will be to full !! I have explained to a number of your personel that I only fill my tanks in the fall, one time per year, so the extra 540 gallons was not needed nor wanted as now my whole schedule is off.

I told to expect delivery 1/15-1/22 and it's 1/27 and nothing yet. I prepaid so I don't know what thr issue is. I had to turn off my heat and use space heaters because we started at 22% and are not at 10%. It's a week overdue.

I was told to expect delivery between 1/12 & 1/18. It's nearly 3 PM on the 18th, and I haven't received any emails or texts updating my delivery date or time. I scheduled my fill - up a week ago, and my tank is getting very low.

When you speak to customer service for some reason they never follow through with things. I was told my gas was going to be marked down 40 cents for a promotion deal and they still charge me full price!

Your delivery drive for me is very good but when times when i call for propane i am not real sure when i am going to get it. takes 5 to 7 days sometimes. Also why is my price so high compared to other companies around here. I am not sure i am going to be able continue paying this high price. Thanks You David R Noggle

Yeah so this is a pretty trash operation right now.We smelled propane.We called Amerigas.The man said there was no leak.We smelled it again.We called again.He said again there was no leak.He told us if we call anymore we would be hit with a $100 fee. (This is a horrendous and dangerous policy btw)Finally we had to call because our gas leaked out and we could still smell propane.Two guys came out and discovered and repaired the thing the other guy apparently missed.They TOLD US there was NO CHARGE because they were not aware that Amerigas did not own the regulator they replaced.We were billed anyway. ($625) For the regulator and for the service visit.This is wrong. Absolutely wrong.We called and they said they could remove the service visit fee. We said they would have to remove the whole fee. They said they would put in a request and it should go into effect within a couple weeks.No change.We called again and they escalated the claim and now we have a notice that we are past due on our bill.We still have no propane and now we are going into Winter.We will now be forced to switch suppliers unless Amerigas removes ALL FEES and replaces our propane that leaked out when their employee claimed there was no leak.

Was hesitant to do business because of negative reviews. I’m glad I called, cheapest price in town, friendly on the phones, delivery driver was great and communicated flawlessly. Highly recommend
