“Back in May of 2023. I was traveling from Michigan to Texas. I hit a deer in Ohio. The cop gave me some suggestions on getting a tow and repairs. I chose KK it was closer to where I was. It seemed like a long time as I had my 2 dogs with me but I think they got to me in a 4-5 hour time frame which is understandable considering it was early in the morning and before they opened when it happened. They helped me get a rental car and worked with my insurance and stayed in contact for the month they had my vehicle working on it. It’s been 2 years and you can’t tell it ever happened. I’ve had no mechanical issues or exterior issues since they did their work on it.
If I lived there or closer they would be my go to for collision and body work.

“Nice vehicle. Not super impressed with the paint work. I dont think there should be sand marks on the hood & a paint drip on the A pillar on a cadillac. A $15k Impala maybe; but not a cadillac. For that reason I am not considering any of the caddys currently on the lot.”
“Their customer service was great. Gave my wife a quote and explained what and why they were going to do.
We dropped the car off Sunday afternoon, put the key in the drop box and got a call Tuesday that they were done. My wife was very pleased that they cleaned out the inside as well. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“these guys are literally awesome! Every time I’ve taken my jeep there they have done an amazing job. They go above and beyond to fix things and they have even go out of their way to repair things I didn’t have the money to get fixed. If they see something that needs repaired on your car they don’t hesitate to make sure it’s taken care of when you pick your car back up. They always have a positive attitude and are always so kind while answering my dumb girl questions. They treat you like family here and I will always take my car here as long as their doors are open! I would recommend them to anyone!”
