Never have I ever seen every employee walk in the back while a customer was in the lobby. And not making food correctly is an added negative. They have courses in customer service look them up, Covid isn’t an excuse anymore.

This one lady is always rude never says hello when you walk in well today my boyfriend went in there he has hearing aids and couldn’t hear what she said she wouldn’t repeat herself and she’s always rude when I go there I think she’s one of the mangers she never wears a name tag I had issues in the past with her I don’t know her name she is a older lady with brown hair and brown eyes.

Ordered online 4 foot longs. No cheese not toasted and my grilled chicken was very cold. Sent a report to store basically lying to me about her surveillance showing what they did which I believe is full of shut. Not going back they suck.

Ordered a Blt one half of sub no bacon, other half had literally 1 slice of bacon. All subs were bad, usually Swanton location has the best subs, not this time. Horrible

Wouldn't know about the food. How the employees are amazing. I placed an order there by mistake instead of a different airport highway location. I tried all to naught to get a hold of them. I believe 4 or 5 numbers were given for them. All no good.Then as I am on the phone with my card services I receive a call. I switched over to accept. Well, amazingly enough it is subway at the Airport. Calling me to let me know they went ahead and voided my order as it appears to have been a mistake. I said ma'am what is your name, to which she replies Madison. I want to thank you and your coworkers. You have done a phenomenal job. The order was indeed made by mistake. I tried a lot of numbers attached to subway and none worked and I wanted to thank them for doing a great job and reaching out.

The upgrade to the interior is great. Our server did a great job. The rotisserie chicken with garlic aioli sauce was fantastic.Vegetarian options: You don't have to have a meat sandwich. The vegetarian options are very good. Any sandwich can be made into a salad.Parking: There are plenty of spaces to park at also handicap parking is available.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are designed so that it will fit comfortably. The restrooms are handicapped accessible as well.Dietary restrictions: There are many different options for sandwiches. But if you're allergic to something they will do their best to ensure that that that product doesn't end up on your sandwich.

My boyfriend just got 2 subs, 2 bags of chips, asked to make them mealS, with two drinkS... The cashier gave him one cup. When he asked for the second one she said "You wanted TWO drinks?" And audibly scoffed at him. I feel like a burden to the staff everytime I enter the store.

We ordered online from the parking lot to see how service would be. After our order was accepted, we waited the 20 minutes it said it would take until our food was ready. The app said our food was ready. We went in and it hadnt been started yet.We had watched as 12 other people went in and ordered at the counter and left with their food.And ours hadnt even started yet.This Subway doesnt care about online orders...so dont go here.
