The store had 2 customers in it when I first arrived, not even getting 2 feet in the door the employee asked what I needed, I told him an upgrade and he proceeded to tell me he would not be able to help me today he had no time for me. I informed him that I had a 6:15 appointment with him and I will be helped today. When it came my turn, he was not prepared and took him 20 mins just to log onto the iPad. While he was helping me another customer walked in half hour before closing and told him she needed to replace her husbands phone it was completely shattered. He told her that he will upgrade the phone but he will NOT transfer anything because he wants to go home and he is NOT staying late! He then went to the door 15 mins prior to closing and locked the door so nomore customers could come in. meanwhile I’m logging into my Apple ID to get the phone working and he says ok well that’s all you need? I go oh no I’m not leaving until I know my phone is working, he was displeased and made a rude K back. I will NOT be coming back into this store. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service thanks Mike!

I was Having trouble locating q case for my new phone and decided to get one at this Verizon store. Its a nice clean store but certainly not really equipped for handicapped person to sit if need be. all they had were barstools. Hardly comfortable. I sat down to wait, though not long; and one of the workers went in the back to tell the coworker i was there. he made a nasty comment about me to his coworker and she came out. She was a ray of sunshine. She had no idea what my phone was. I was flustered trying to figure it out. She went To the back and came back with three cases. I bought one. As I was leave the guy told me to have a nice day, which was nice, but felt fake after the nasty comment he made. I'll not be visiting that store again. I'll deal with Verizon directly from now on.
