Took in for coolant leak they replaced hoses belts water outlet charged me $1500 and never fixed the problem took it back they said water pump was the problem and wanted to charge me another $900. My fault for getting service work done at a tire shop. Never again

Got my front end alignment done the guy that did it seen me get in my truck and ran over to talk to me to make sure I knew that my one tire was bad and needed replaced asap I told him I knew it was bad and that I had 2 new ones to go on the there that I was putting on as soon as I got home

As far as tires go they price match even Costco which is great. But when I said I needed an oil change and an alignment they said I needed a new front tie rod.
They gave me a price for an oil change, Tie Rod, and alignment for $700. I called Ottawa Park Automotive and they gave a price for two Tie Rod's, oil change and alignment for $461. I drive a Nissan Maxima.
I gave Belle Tire an initial ok to perform the services. Called and recieved a quote from my mechanic and called Belle Tire back within 10 minutes and they said they already had everything apart and it would be $600 without the new tie rod.
Fool me once you know, only go to a tire shop for tires. Expensive learning mistake. Hopefully this saves someone else. I know it will save me in the future.

My car had a negative camber, I assumed it was from a bad wheel bearing. Couldn't get the wheel bearing hub assembly off, called them up and asked if they could do it since I had the part already. They said they would charge me labor (no biggie) and they could take a look at it to verify the bearing was bad and causing the negative camber. Got there, the part I had didn't fit. Apparently it was manufactured wrong and they couldnt get it to fit. luckily I ordered 2 since I wanted to eventually replace both sides but it was at home and no other place in the area had the parts. At first he said he was going to charge me for taking it off and putting the old one back on so I could run home get the spare and then charge me again when I brought back the replacement to take it off and put the new one on...but instead they drove me down the street to my house to get my spare. $275 for labor, seems kinda steep but I can't really complain I needed there help. Get home, still have a negative camber and they didn't plug back in my ABS sensor. So I guess my only issues were they didn't plug my sensor back in and they didn't bother to mention that the bearing wasn't the issue with my negative camber even though I mentioned it multiple times as to the reason for even changing the bearing.

My wife’s tire was low so I went to use the free air in the side of the building. Found to have a screw in my tire. I tried going in to get a quick fix. The guy said “maybe Friday” that was 2 days away and needed her tire fixed for getting to and from work and toting our toddler around. Left right there a went to Midas who fixed it same day for a better price. Unimpressed. Probably will find another place if tire purchase will be needed.

I was having trouble with a tire having a slow leak and I had asked how long is the wait and he said, about 1 to 1.5 hours. I said, ok. They took my info and keys and got my car right in. I had some work to get done on my laptop and before you knew it, it was done. I appreciated their prompt service and care so much.

Had a nail in my left rear tire was leaving for a trip back home in Tennessee and stopped at Bell Tire. The service was Excellent. They took my car in immediately fixed my tire and was on my way back home in 30 minutes. I could not of had a better experience for being out of town with a tire issue. Thank you, Bell tire, and thank you Nikki Franks for your 5 star service

Great service! Bought tires from Belle Tire in 2022 for my toyota highlander. Had a slow leak, Belle Tire found a nail and fixed it! No charge! Thanks Nikki the store manager! Nice and comfortable waiting room. Sorry no picts!
