They did an excellent job on my daughter's hair ali was the one who did it and ut was amazing there clean professional and knew what they were doing I would 100% go there their really amazing.

Very disappointed as I’ve been litteratly coming here since I was like 13…I took a long break before ever having my hair relcolored. It’s taken me 6 years just to get it where it’s at now with the length and its health. I am naturally dirty blonde .. I decided MONTHS AGO I wanted to lighten up my hair and add some highlights finally ..so I went to Kevin Charles for this since I’ve been going here for awhile so does my mom and sister and it’s a high end salon so I trusted the process. Each time I’ve gone after tip it ends being $200 per appointment when I get any color.
1st time: $200 blonde highlights ( didn’t turn out bad but I definitely wanted it lighter so I had to plan on waiting awhile and coming back to get it even more blonde )
2nd time: another $200 and it was about 4/5 months go by I come back to get more blonde , turns out great as I’m there but 3 days after I washed it, a lot of the blonde came out or faded and my hair became pretty brassy which I guess is normal?? but I had to do multiple purple hair masks treatments to try and get it to not look as brassy so I did that and brushed it off…
3rd time: another $200 and this was a month later i decided to go back just to have a few low lights thrown in sporadically like near the roots mostly , and highlighted I wanted to keep a majority of the blonde just wanted some lowlight so when my hair grew out it didn’t look funky so I didn’t have to get my hair done as often because I don’t want it to be damaged and it was already showing signs of dryness and breakage from everything up to this point and I even showed a bunch of different pictures so the girl knew exactly what I was looking for but instead my hair went from ALL BLONDE to now ALL LIGHT BROWN BASICALLY. I litteratly bawled my eyes out after I left…and immediately messaged and after waiting a couple days for a response they said they could get me in but had to talk to the owner first who was out of town at that time .. waited a couple more days and finally they say said on the following Wednesday I could come get it fixed and do a conditioning treatment , at first I said yes but then I changed my mind and asked if I could still get it done but wait some time because it was already pretty dry and damaged and last thing I want is to traumatize my hair even more within that quick of a window and have it start falling out or breaking off and the lady responding saying it was fine to wait
SHE DID NOT specify I wouldn’t get it fixed for free if i waited though
I respect and get the policy , but maybe that works for someone who hasn’t just gotten there hair done back to back … but that wasn’t the case with me.. I wasn’t about to do that to my hair and at the same time with the pictures I shown them.. it’s quite evident the girl clearly messed up my hair big time and after spending a total of $600 just to have hair that I can’t stand the color of that’s all messed up,they tell me I can’t get it fixed without charge now ??? all because I didn’t do it with in the first 2 weeks of it getting messed up is bullcrap.
Like you tell me this now but why wasn’t this something that was said prior? Why was I told I could wait then? Just very unprofessional and messed up to say the least..Expecially since that wasn’t clarified. I have to say I’m very dissapointed and don’t think I’ll be going back here anymore which I’m very sad about..but when you go to a hair salon expecially a high end one , you should never have to go through this expecially at a salon you and your family have been loyal to for that many years.. and a partial refund or something honestly should have been given if they knew they couldn’t have even allowed me to wait a month or two to get it fixed .

I had brain cancer surgery last year and now I have to wear a wig. I purchased a second wig and it was two poofy so someone gave me Kevin Charles name that he does this for cancer patients. He trims their wigs. So I made an appointment with him and he did a wonderful job. He really doesn't charge anything. But I did give him a $20 tip for doing it for me and he was very appreciative. I'm so glad that there are people out there like that.

WOW! This review cannot touch or express the way I feelWith Kevin Charles salon , Kevin is amazing ! I have been going here two years now , I couldn’t be more happier & pleased with each and every hair cut & color ! Kevin gets the new trends and you walk out feeling like a million $$$$ the girls are so sweet ! Ally just crushed my color weeks ago. ?!!! Couldn’t be more pleased , Kevin is funny very educated , good family man you can tell that very proud. So if you have not felt pampered & happy relaxed , GO TO KEVIN Charles salon ! I feelLike I sent to a resort every time I leave there ! Thank you to the whole staff ! AMAZING! I’m so blessed ! I’d give a million stars if I could ?

I am super picky about my. I never have to worry when I am in their hands. Truly educated in their profession! Very friendly and easy to talk with. I have developed a friendship with them and will never take my business elsewhere. Love Kevin and his love for people in general! I do miss Chris but she has retired. I have been going to this salon since the early 90s. If you are looking for a positive change in your hair, please check them out. They will listen and answer any questions. Thank you for years of service guys!
