I love this place and the people who work here. I have been shopping here for years and although there have been times when I’m surprised they don’t take something I’ve brought in, they really do know their stuff and what will sell. I’m retired but have a part-time job where my appearance is important and I have enjoyed numerous compliments on my wardrobe. I highly recommend this place and these people!

I came in with 2 baskets FULL of barely used (some brand new) fall sweaters/tops, jeans, workout clothes, brand new OSU top, a Northface coat, brand new fall boots, two MK purses and a coach wristlet. They barely took anything! They attempted to buy my 2 MK purses and when I asked her how much they were offering me for each of them, she said she planned on putting my medium satchel out for $99 and was going to offer me $20 and $30 for my other larger size MK purse!! I was in complete shock. She then tried telling me some of my items had piling on them! What a total LIE. All of my clothes were almost brand new. Some even had tags on them! What a total joke and waste of time and money just to drive there and back!! I will NEVER bring my items in to sell nor will I ever shop there again! Not to mention every time I have shopped there, ALL of there clothes are super outdated! Save yourself the time and list them for sale on FB marketplace or Poshmark or just donate them! Unbelievable.

The manager at this location is absolutely rude, with no respect for the shoppers. I must say I have dealt with a lot of people with bad customer services but the manager at this location has to be by far the worse. To sellers I highly do NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. Go to perrysburg very warm and welcoming to all!

I went in to sell my clothes and I have toSay.. this was one of the most rude experiences with any employee I have ever experienced.. they treated me like I was stupid and had no clue what I was doing. After over an hour of well 1 convincing them to even take my clothes based off my age they finally texted that it was ready. When I got there, I received dirty looks and my bins pulled on the floor over to me and the worst part? Each article of clothing was in the EXACT same place.. my stuff was not even gone through. Why? Because I look 16 and not 30.. I’m so disappointed.

I always feel so silly taking in my mothers, aunts, gf's, and sometimes my items. No, not by theft. By donation. If they don't buy it. They'll refer you down to plates where they'll inspect what's left, probably picking more items. Then you run to the other plato's closet and have them pick through it. Then stop and drop the rest off at goodwill. But I've never once felt silly or stupid once I got in there. Ladies are fantastically professional and will have an answer for every question.....

This is always my preferred store for gently used clothing. It would be five star but lately I have been finding clothes that are damaged. I expect that at the lower end second hand stores, but not here.
