I was in line for the window before there lunch break, I pulled up to the window right at 130pm and they literally closed the window blind on me for lunch, what happened to customer service? It would take 2 minutes to get my script. I will be transferring my meds to rite aide. Would give zero stars if I could.

My insurance changed me to CVS due to Caremark. The pharmacist Ali is very accommodating. whenever I’ve been there, there appears to be chaos behind the Pharmacy Counter. Today I talked to a pharmacist whose name started with an L who was so abrasive and that’s the only word I want to use, though you can think of a lot of different synonyms. I immediately called Rite Aid and said I’d pay more just so I don’t have to go to that CVS, it’s very sad. Customer service is bad.

Busy pharmacy. Too small and busy.

People at the pharmacy are nice and all but can’t trust timing. Was told 1 hour, than 2 hours later in store was told 20 minutes and then told currently being filled because someone got stuck on something else. Seems to be severely understaffed. I have to use CVS now with coverage and this is my closest location and it’s just disappointing with sick kids at home waiting.

The pharmacy department is the worst

The pharmacy is terrible, terrible, terrible. On multiple occasions, I’ve had medical providers from different practices call in prescriptions via voicemail (they don’t answer the phone) only for the pharmacy to tell me they never got voicemail. I’ll drop off prescriptions in person, and they still take days to fill. The staff is always so hostile with each other and it bleeds over to the customers. I would switch to Kroger pharmacy across the street if my insurance allowed.

I called 40 minutes in advance to make sure the prescription was ready. When I got there the drive thru was backed up, so I went inside. They had so many prescriptions being filled that the bags were hanging out of racks and the colored plastic bins were all over the counters and pn the floor. The employees are so nice, but they are overloaded with orders and not enough room to process everything. It took 45 minutes for them to licate 2 other people's prescriptions and mine.

Pharmacists are incompetent and lack the desire to help those in need. In doing so; my girlfriend now doesn't have the medication that she needs in time of illness. (Fire them) Save yourself the time/headache and drive over to rite aid. Such a shame the decency people lack. (Can we make 0 star reviews and option?)

Everytime I come here it's an hour in line and they never have my scripts filled. Even though I had 3 text messages stating they were ready.
