I purchased a Bosch refrigerator based off of the recommendation of the salesmen. When it was delivered the water dispenser and ice dispenser did not work and the compressor was making a loud noise. The installers told me that they did not have the equipment to fix the issues with the unit and that a repair tech would be out the following day to fix it. I contacted them that evening to see what time a repair tech would be out to fix it. They told me that I would be getting a call the following morning to let me know what time a tech would be out. I never received a call back. I called in and asked when a tech would be out. They told me that a tech would be out in 2 weeks to look at the issue. I expressed my displeasure to several people and they eventually sent a tech out that day.
He arrived an hour later than he was scheduled and told me that it looked like the fridge that I just spent $3400 dollars on was made at 4 o’clock on a Friday. He brushed off the issues I was having and compared it to buying a new car and the windows not working. He told me that he would have to order parts and that they would take 3 weeks to come in.
I called back and requested that they exchange the fridge with a new one. They told me that they could not do that and that they were going to fix the issues. I told them that I didn’t want a fridge that needed several repairs. They did not seem to care and offered me a $100 credit and an extended warranty. Which was insulting given how much of a headache the situation had caused me.
After several days of back and forth with management they told me that Bosch was willing to exchange the fridge with a new one (not Durocher’s).
When the new fridge arrived the installers informed me that the installers of the previous fridge installed the wrong size water supply line and that they put the freezer door handle on the fridge and the fridge handle on the freezer.
I try to support local businesses whenever possible because they typically offer better customer service than big box stores. Durocher’s is the exception. I wouldn’t buy a toaster from them.

Rick and Jack were amazing to work with. Their customer service was exceptional. They worked with us and made the situation of buying a new dishwasher not seem so stressful. We found a new place to buy appliances that seem to care about their customers!

Representatives at the store were fantastic! Very competitive in price, was able to meet home depot's sale prices with no problem, and even upgraded us on a couple of the appliances at no additional charge. I would recommend Durocher's to anyone! Delivery and install team were fantastic! Thank you everyone!!

There website says they have big green egg parts in. They have to order them wasted an hour diving here. Complete waste of time

Called to get prices for a new wall oven. They had a great one in stock and were able to install it within the week. Customer service was awesome and the installation team was a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish the process was painless and efficient. I can’t wait until I need more appliances!

Our couch set was just delivered. This review is more directed at the delivery aspect of the purchase since I already knew I loved the couch I picked out. The delivery gentlemen were fantastic. Very courteous and hard working. I thought one of them was a “Derek” but I apologize, I forget the names. Excellent workers. Excellent couch.
