Booked an interior/exterior detail before a road trip, dropped my car off for the full day…and picked it up with the outside still completely dirty. When I brought it up, the guy argued I’d only booked interior. After checking, he admitted he read it wrong — no apology, no real effort to make it right, and refused a discount even when I asked.
This left me scrambling the night before my trip trying to fix something that should have been handled in the first place. The interior looked fine, but the lack of professionalism and customer care completely ruined the whole experience.
I booked here because of all the glowing reviews, so this was shocking and disappointing. Won’t be back, and I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else that actually values their customers.

I had never taken a vehicle to a car detailing place before but I had bought a SUV off a friend that needed a good cleaning on the inside. I read the reviews and decided I'd give Flawless Finish a try, and I am very happy I did. The staff here are so friendly and patient as they put up with my many questions and phone calls. They did an amazing job! I can't believe how they were able to get all the stains out so that It looks like new. Would definitely go to them again with any future vehicles.

I highly recommend Flawless Finish Detailing !!! Best in the area. I had several of my vehicles detailed there and wont go anywhere else. From ceramic, tint, interior detailing, they do a Flawless job. Very professional and friendly staff, great pricing, prompt service. Trustworthy to get the job done the right way 💯💯💯

Edit: 2024 update.
I bought an 02 Corvette a few years ago that to me was awesome. Flawless was just getting started and Austin drove from Toledo to where I was at in Woodville at the time and did a demo for me in my driveway. I was sold right then and there! Ceramic coating, window coating, and window tint all done and on a regular maintenance schedule. You won't find a better place to keep your ride looking it's best and protected!

Yesterday I decided last minute to check around and see if anyone could help buffer out scratches on the front end of my truck. After being turned away at multiple shops, not only did Dylan agree to take my truck in at my earliest convenience yesterday, but he was very kind, quick, and efficient. The truck looks so much better, thanks Dylan!

(this review started out as a 4 star) some employees were very nice and informative when it comes to detailing. took my vehicle in for a $300 interior detail. left somewhat satisfied. handful of missed spots. don't know if I'd pay $300 again. detail was maybe worth $200 or so. overall decent experience! (UPDATE) the second I put this review online they canceled my exterior detail appointment I had scheduled because I did not give them a 5 star review. They offer you a $10 gift card to give them a 5 star review which is why they have a good rating. Don't be fooled. Very unprofessional establishment.
