“Thanks to Renegade for helping me to recover more quickly than predicted from surgery (9/4/2025) to repair a longitudinal split tear to my peroneus brevis tendon, peroneus longus tendon and a calcanel osteotomy to address both. Before surgery trainers helped me prep for time out of the gym.
After the surgery, they were fantastic. They were knowledgable and attentive, discussing needs and limitations to prepare plans supporting recovery. During workouts trainers were observant, ensuring movements were doable, and making modifications when needed.
As I write this, I am five months post surgery, and the doc has cleared me to ski in March (full recovery should be about 9-12 months, so this is exciting!). I appreciate the trainers professionalism and commitment to their positions, they helped make my return to the gym less daunting, and the work to heal more accessible.”

The facility is clean, well-equipped with essential equipment for athletes, and gives off a welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, it’s clear the owner and team genuinely cares about people and runs his business with integrity. Looking forward to hopefully training here in the future.”

Side note: they do require you to have an ID on you if you’re visiting - they will not let you in without it.”
