Do not attempt to have a business checking account at Huntington. They DO NOT allow same-day wires from the website or app. You MUST go to a branch, wait in line, pay a fee, answer a bunch of questions, fill out a form, etc... With BOA, do it from the website. Immediate transfer.Incoming wire? Pay $15 ON TOP of the outgoing fee from another bankHuntington is ONE OF THE ONLY BANKS that charge an INCOMING wire fee. RidiculousPlus they make it damn near impossible to use your own card for business purposes due to their ridiculous fraud protection. Even when you use a PIN and you call ahead to make sure they don't block it.Take your business elsewhere

Debra provided excellent customer service when I needed a deed notarized. However, I had to travel from the Central location to McCord to Monroe Street for the service. While Debra was exceptional, the other two locations had staff who could have also notarized the deed. It's disappointing when multiple locations don't deliver consistent service. Huntington should strive for better consistency and efficiency. I give Debra 5 stars and she needs a raise as well.

I got married went to the bank changed my last name and now being given the run around on trying to get my check into my account going back and forth in between calling customer service and running to the bank shouldn’t be this hard and then I get an email somehow they charged me the amount of my check and then had to call and they had to credit it!!

Best bank in town! What's not to love? They have mistake free checking, online banking, and friendly faces when you pull up to the drive-through. I love this Bank!

My bank was purchased by Huntington and it's been a cluster. I would NOT recommend using Huntington for banking. Everytime I have to go INTO the branch the wait time is ridiculous, and the drive thru is even worse. I wa supposed to be able to continue to use my old checks for 6 months and then have a seamless transition to my "new account" numbers. Well if you call two returned checks seamless then you'd be correct. The returned check resulted in a late fee for my rent and my favorite part was making the "wall of shame" at a local asian restaurant where they proudly display "bounced" checks. Yep, my "bounced check" is up for all to see in the community where I work and live. If ypu enjoy long lines, unhelpful tellers, and account mix ups by all means, bank with Huntington. Oh and don't get me started about my late car payment. What business won't accept a payment without ID. I'm offering to PAY not request money. Botton line, thos bank is awful and the Sylvania branch near downtown is the worst of the bunch.

Not thrilled. These people don't know how to do loans and almost caused us to lose our chance at a house. Took 2 weeks to know whether or not we were approved. Don't believe it for a second. Another branch said it should've taken 2 days. If they had waited 2 more hours, we would've lost the house. My husband had to go in and sit there until he got an answer because otherwise they wouldn't have called us.
