Option Care takes superb care of their patients. That has been my experience over and over again. Everyone is so professional but completely courteous, caring and friendly. I tell everyone about Option Care. They’ve had my back for years. The Toledo and the Cleveland Ohio locations. I couldn’t ask for better service than I already get. Thanks Option Care!

Everyone I've dealt with so far has been extremely helpful. Home delivery of prescribed intravenous medications couldn't be easier.
Brenda from the Sylvania office however, doesn't communicate well and tends to be obtuse. She cost them a star, I hope she's proud.

I was admitted to the hospital after some complications after my surgery on July 18 and was there for 7 days. The social worker at the hospital had me all set up and had confirmation to start service the day I was discharged from the hospital and that company cancelled on me do to being overbooked. I counted that as a blessing because had they took me on who knows what the service could have been like, especially being overbooked.
This company took me on at 10am and a nurse was out to see me by 530pm. My nurse Morgan is awesome. Very thorough and supportive. She is super compassionate and shows how much she cares for her patients.
I'm very glad that I had that hiccup with the first company because had I not, I wouldn't have received such great service here.

Nothing but good things to say. Never had a delivery issue. Customer Service is SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. If you need I.V. meds like myself. This is definitely a highly recommended company!

Used BioScrip to fill at-home IV antibiotics. Everyone I dealt with was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure my family had everything we needed. They kept us informed on deliveries and proactively touched base to make sure we had plenty of supplies at home. Great experience all around. Would definitely recommend and use again.
