This store has an old lady with long gray hair and glasses at self check up stations pretty much every day. She would keep staring at you until you leave the store, giving you such an unpleasant store experience. She sees me everyday for almost 7 years. Can't she get used to seeing me by now?

Went to Krogers for a few basics. Shelves are unbelievably empty. No Private Selection milk, no organic free range eggs, no Kroger tortilla chips. Shelves half empty. Only a few check outs open—so used the self check outs which were backed up.I don’t believe it has to be like this. Done with Kroger. I’m going to give Meijer a chance.

This Kroger has THE worst customer service I have ever experience. 5x I have attempted to do click list pick up. EVERY time I have received a call less than 10 minutes before my pick up time Stating they are running 2 hours behind. Two hours and I get 10 minutes notice? I will NEVER be going to this awful store again, EVER! They are rude and do not serve their customers in a positive manner.

This has to be THE WORST Kroger in Toledo. Shelves stay barely stocked, meat and deli departments closing at 5 pm (dinner time!), staff with poor attitudes, barely any check out lanes open, etc.

Over time I have seen the costumer service of this particular Kroger Pharmacy go down hill. Most recently I went to pick up my prescriptions on a Sunday morning to be told I didn't have anything. This comes after I called Friday afternoon to make sure they had them. I was told at that time they would be ready Saturday morning. After checking closer they apologized for their error and told me they would be ready within the hour. What really set me off was how UNDERSTAFF they are for a Sunday with only three employees. At the time there where four ahead of me and five behind me with only one working the register. With the lack of caring for their customers and me going on and on about how bad they are it's time for me to go somewhere else. There is to many places to go without putting with horrible customer service.

so I went in to the store looking for a prime rib. now I've never made this before so i don't know what I'm doing already. I check the meat cases and no luck. I know I've seen them out for other holidays so I decided to check with the guy at the meat deli counter. He didn't have any in the case so I was bummed. he says wait hang on... here I am hanging on and he comes out of the back and says the butcher's going to cut you one. This WAS my go-to Kroger but since they’ve re-organized I can’t find anything, many of the the gluten-free products they used to have they don’t carry anymore or if they do, I can’t find them, and when I do find them, they are like a dollar more expensive than they used to be! The Kroger on King And Sylvania is much better - easier to find things and they have the products I need. The Kroger’s on Secor and Monroe I also can find things and astonishingly the prices didn’t go up there!

Recently moved to Sylvania, and am super bummed that this Kroger isn't better. I've shopped here multiple times and the produce section is awful. All of the shallots I've purchased are always rotten inside, or a majority of the other vegetables I get are always at the end of their life. Hopefully with the new update/changes they are making it will get better.
