It's not bad at all! If you're a Southview student, you should go to another grocer for years after you graduate. That is, unless you are looking for both frozen vegetables and a high school reunion.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve been going to this Kroger for years and couple days ago I was greeted by a very nice and pretty young lady with curly hair (I believe her name was Zain) she helped me with my digital coupons and bagging my groceries. She was very patient and helpful. I will definitely be looking for her when I need to check out my groceries.

Came to this Kroger today get a birthday cake for my sons 5th birthday, stood there with my 5 year old for 5 minutes and no on ever came. I walked around to the meat counter and stood for another 5 minutes and no one ever came. I went over to the flower shop when I saw a worker show up and asked her is anyone was working in the bakery she said "ummm I have no idea, let me check" she walked away to I assume go check. I waited another 5 minutes she never came back and I didn't see anyone come to the bakery. I will never come back to this Kroger. Doesn't seem like anyone is ever working or ever happy ro be working. Management needs to figure this out!!!

The worst customer service by the morning meat dept., shorter, black haired woman that had her hair in apony tail with a ball cap. , was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Will not be going back. after 15 years of shopping. here. I was lied to by her on the phone, when confronted if she was the one that answered the phone. she replied with a laugh and said yeah it was me and then walked away. I have boycotted stores due to poor customer service , this is is just one more unfortunately. Experience 3-17-2024 6:30 a.m
