“Today my mother and I came into your store on Monroe st. To get my oldest son an outfit for his upcoming graduation. My husband and I had literally exhausted all other options trying to find the right fit and style that our son wanted and was at our wits end. I called my mom and asked her to come with me today to your store and when I say it was one of the best experiences my son has ever had getting an outfit that would be an understatement. The clerk was so very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. We had our sons whole outfit including shoes within 30 mins. And our son felt so confident and happy! Thank you guys so much for everything! We will be back for sure!”

“I honestly didn’t have super high expectations going into a tux rental appointment, but Maddie at the Toledo Men’s Wearhouse completely changed that. We walked in needing tuxes for my now husband all of his groomsmen, and my dad since he was walking me down the aisle, and Maddie made the process feel organized and personal from the start.
She was very thorough with all the details: tie vs. cummerbund vs. vest, different style options, where the shirt cuff should sit under the tux jacket, pant hem length, and what would be most comfortable and flattering. We ended up really liking the Calvin Klein tux option, and for the hubs specifically, we chose a second look that felt more like him. We ended up buying his tux (she mentioned there was a sale on it) and adding a more fun pinstriped shirt with studs (that was an addtionial purchase outside all the mens rentals), plus I found an oversized bow tie and suspenders elsewhere to complete the look.
What stood out most was that Maddie was genuinely engaged. She wasn’t just trying to sell us something or rushing through the appointment. She asked me questions about the wedding and the upcoming nuptials, and she made the experience feel special rather than transactional. She also gave us all the group information, including the group name and number, so the groomsmen living across the country could go into any Men’s Wearhouse and get set up.
There were a few hiccups with other locations not fully understanding the notes about the additional shirt, which caused some frustration for a couple of the guys (having to drive 2 hours back because the NOTES weren't relayed). Maybe an extra step could've been that the Toledo location reach out by phone to reiterate this matching shirt. (if they really wanted to go the extra mile - since I did pay for these - additionally another $700 in total).
Mat had multiple fittings, and by the final fitting he had lost about 20 pounds (wedding nerves, of course); so adjustments had to be made. Even though there was a long line when we came in, Maddie took care of us right away and helped squeeze in the final adjustments for an additional $99.
Overall, our experience with Maddie at the Toledo location was great. She was professional, personable, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting the details right. I really appreciated that she was present and helpful the entire time, and I would absolutely recommend working with her.”

I don’t normally go to the mall, but when I do it’s to see Scott at Ticknors. There is no better place to go to get a suit or dress clothes. The attention to detail and customer service is top shelf. The selection is with the times and top quality. Scott is the owner and is there almost every day. He takes pride in his craft and is proud of the products and service he provides and represents. There are many other Ticknors in OH, PA, NC but I would argue this is the best one. Support a solid local business and go see Scott and his team. PS: for my son’s wedding we trusted no one else but Ticknors for our suits.”
“I mostly come here to do Amazon returns. But the process is usually quick, unless there is someone ahead of me in line who has no idea what they’re doing. Occasionally I’ve heard the people at the customer service desk complaining openly about previous customers. Funny, but pretty unprofessional. You have to save those conversations for behind closed doors or when no one is around.”

“Pretty nice store all reclaimed clothing in decent to excellent condition. There is a large variety of clothing, shoes and purses. Unfortunately we were belt shopping and they only had a few to choose from.”
