Worst pharmacy ever. They'll leave you on hold for hours then pick up the phone and hang it up on you so they don't have to answer your call. When you go there you can here all the calls their ignoring over the speaker. They clearly can't keep help. I wonder why! 0 stars from me.

Not so much the pharmacy although they could learn how to say HI, How can I help u. But the guy at the Cashier (maybe his name is Dave). Approached him bcuz the Pharmacist, and the text from yesterday, said I had an order up there. He couldn't find it. Showed me a box with a label that has a bubch of letters and barcode. I told him that meant nothing to me, i'm going by the text from yesterday and the Pharmacist today. He got kind of upset. I was like 'really?!' I just said well whatever, if CVS can't handle this correctly i'll just go elsewhere.I think Dave was upset because I interrupted his mirror time. He seems like a person who admires himself in the mirror alot. Lol. Hello Kroger, Hello Walmart, Hello Rite Aid.

If zero stars were possible that's what this pharmacy deserves. One of the pharmacist is completly rude to customers. In addition, everything is always a production, never a quick process. Unfortunately, multiple complaints to corporate haven't done anything about this pharmacy. If I didn't have to use this pharmacy through my insurance I would go ANYWHERE else.

This is by far the worst pharmacy that I have ever used. The service is awful. I don't recommend. They never have medication and they don't know how to use the computer. They need someone to train them better. Don't waste your time go to Rite Aid.

This CVS actually doesnt deserve a one star but they dont offer a negative star, The pharmacy here has the worst customer service in all the CVS's in the greater Toledo area and I have used all of them to fill prescriptions. I was prescribed a 15 day to script to try out. As it seemed to do what the doctor was pleased with the results he decided to go ahead with it. I went in then to fill the script for 30 days. I was told they couldnt give me a full script as i was off track for the script and they could only give me another 15 days per Caremark/CVS. But a 15 day script cost 40.00 and a 30 day also 40.00. They also didnt have a 30 or even for 15 day amount in anyways but they could order it in for weds. I said ok dont fill it today I will come back for it. I attempted to rectify the off track issue with Caremark on Tuesday and Wednesday. I was unable to resolve the issue for the off track and was running out of the script on Thursday, I also had a relative pass away during Tuesday and now needed to leave town. I went in to pick up the script with a coupon from the manufacturer and my cvs caremark insurance to pick up the 15 days amount as I had to leave town and was unable to get any assistance on the insurance issue. When i arrived Wed evening they didnt have enough medication to fill the 15 I was able to pick up. I asked for the script back to take to another pharmacy as now i am desperate to get the medication. The pharmacy tech said he couldnt do that but he would give me what they had on hand and i could come back for the rest when i got back in town. I really didnt want to do that but at this point I needed the medication so I could leave town. He filled enough for 5 days ran my insurance and ran the coupon I was able to get. I was told that I would be able to pick up the rest of the script and would not have to pay for any as the payment I made then covered it.When I came back into town I went in to get the rest of the medication and I was told I needed to pay 40.00 even though I was told that when I picked up the 1st amount the pharmacy tech said I wouldnt have to pay for the pickup today. The pharmacist tech today said well this isnt her fault she didnt tell me that. She then got the Pharmacist for you. I am really upset because this is not the 1st time I have had issues here. The pharmacist kept saying well I am sorry thats not what we do. So I told her to run my CVS/Caremark card and the card I had from the coupon from the manufacturer. She then advised me that my coupon wouldnt work as they used Wed evening and now needed to pay the 40.00. I just said keep the medication I dont want it. I was then told I had to pick it up because I hadnt paid for it Wed. Yes I gave them my prescription card and the coupon. The pharmacist just kept saying no you need to pay 40.00 because you havent paid for anything. So again I had to pay 40.00 for the script even though to save money I had gotten a coupon that CVS had already used and couldnt get back and I was told I wouldnt have to pay for the second half of the medicine. The pharmacist said well I wasnt the one who told you that and I am not responsible for what they say on their shift. The tech was just as bad in her lack of ability for empathy and unable to take responsibility for the mistake. I finally told her I really hope her degree would not have her work with the public with her attitude. I have had never seen employees just stand there and tell me over and over well we didnt do this, this happened when we werent here. How about you realize you are the face of CVS and represent them as long as you are getting paid for that job. I can tell you if my insurance wasnt CVS/ Caremark I would not use CVS as a pharmacy again. I hope this helps educate someone who may think about this location as their pharmacy of choice. Maybe I can save them money and their sanity. Delete Move to Forward Reply

I need the same prescription every month and I was told by the pharmacy manager that it would be ordered every month and kept on hand for me. I am so disappointed with the service at this pharmacy! More times than I can remember they don't have it in stock for me when I bring in my monthly prescription. I am told they have to order it and it can take possibly 3-5 days! The prescription is usually written when I have 1-2 days supply left. So much for the pharmacy manager's word!! Get it together people!
