Mike the manager is the most helpful, kind, patient person. He was willing to go above and beyond to help me in a crunch when I was on my way out of town. I would definitely recommend you speak to him with any trouble shooting issues. He is very knowledgeable and will take the time to problem solve and come up with a solution! Thank you so much Mike!

The store manager was disrespectful talk to the one of the workers last night and he said this is how much the battery is going to cost so I go back the next morning and the store manager couldn't either find the battery but wanted me to pay $200 and something dollars for a bigger battery that I didn't need or want ended up going to AutoZone or they gave me a discount for my hassles to deal with O'Reilly for a better brand battery

After looking all over town for a battery for my van, they were happy to help us. Should have gone there first. But I thought it would be a lot of money. I was wrong. The price was cheaper than all the other ones. Thanks to their friendly staff we left with a smile. Haven't felt that way since C-vid started.

so they charge me the wrong price for some smoke eliminator and i told them they, over charged me, they both looked so d*** founded. As if i asked them to rub my feet or something! like, they didn't know how to adjust the scanned price verses the advertised price.it was 1.09 i was in a hurry and my period was here, i just paid it.

My headlight went out on my 17 year old car. So I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts on Central Avenue. Mike was amazingly helpful. He showed me the exact bulb to buy and suggested bulb grease, which I didn’t know about. Then Mike went out in the parking lot and changed both right and left headlight bulbs in less than 10 minutes. He was very professional and explained everything. Mike saved me a lot of money. Thank you O’Reilly Auto Parts and thank you so much Mike!

The worst automotive shop you ever can be in, very rude employee and I swear they don’t know what they doing 4 times i pick up a parts for my shop and they give me the wrong parts, My advice to anyone thinking to stop there don’t do it you will waste your time and you will get the worst service, Michael from the worst service he’s rude doesn’t want work acting wired.Never again in this store. I recommend for you all guys to go to the one in Dorr st and ask for Allen or Joe.
