From the dietitian, to the nurses, to the supply delivery driver, EVERYONE has gone above and beyond to make sure my medical needs are a priority and they see that I am well taken care of. I have had serious medical issues since July, and have experienced some pretty poor medical care but it is so refreshing to finally have a team that is caring and compassionate and is just so kind. “We have become members during the past 3 years, as our Healthcare has changed and moved to CVS - Caremark. At that time, things seemed out of hand and uncontrollable. Too many customers throughout the store and drive-through...with no real organization.
This past week, I had to pick up new prescriptions from the Hospital. We received the new barcode for each corresponding drug with prices and details and identified a different waiting line in the store, with very few waiting customers. The clerk graciously greeted us, scanned the barcode, turned around, and quickly located the drugs. Paid easily, and we were gone,
This new process has a lot of potential to help improve the delivery of prescriptions and customer service promptly and efficiently.
We thoroughly enjoyed this pickup; there was no fuss, no muss, and no waiting in and out of the store.
