The store is great the managers do a great job at keeping it organized. The staff though? Tell me why I check out, they don’t give me or offer a bag, and when I ask the girl bluntly says “they’re 10 cents” thanks. You could’ve asked me that before I checked out. I went to a different Plato’s closet that didn’t have this weird rule literally yesterday I think she was being lazy. I know for a fact she was being lazy. Not to mention the line going through the store while the girls in the back giggled for five minutes with no one at the register. Seriously.

I told the cashier the 30% off wasn’t applying to my transaction for the founders day sale , she said it was showing in her side , get my receipt and total and it wasn’t correct . So do not come here for the 30% off sale since you will not get it . Called and asked what to do about it since I am now home and they said to come back and return all of my items so they can THEN discount it. But I already pointed it out to them while being cashed out and nothing was fixed . I shop here often and I’m not coming back. Really inconsiderate of customers time and money. Even shows on my receipt I didn’t get my sale . “Manager” who responded in an unprofessional manner is just ensuring good business goes elsewhere.
Said my clothes were too old to buy.. bought last summer from H&M. But they sell actual clothes from the dollar tree $5 section

Doesn't at all accept plus size clothing, if so try to low ball you for an absurd amount. For example taking 9 pieces of clothing but giving $16 in return when they will sell one those for $16. Claim alot was out of style but saw some of the same exact clothing on racks. Claimed our clothes were damp when they sat in a hot car for a full week. Lastly gave me $56 for selling 2 t-shirts and a pair of basketball shoes, went back the next week, and the shoes were on sale for $63

RAFAL was soooo helpful, we drove all the way from Canada to get a dress for my mom and it was the best dress and best experience we ever had thanks to RAFAL!!
