I just would like to give a shout out to the staff at reliable for being so friendly and welcoming. Every week I go in and I'm not made to feel like I am less than. The woman that works at the front desk is wonderful. On my worst days when I have to go there she puts a smile on my face. Thanks so much

The receptionist is awful, she rolls her eyes when you can give her all the information that she requests, her rude short answers and demeanor make a totally bad experience. This is not an everyday process and many of us are not familiar with it, she needs to have more empathy for costumers. Remember you are in business because of your costumers, show some respect.

I had a TSA pre check appointment scheduled with another location, but I showed up to find out that their equipment was down. I drove over to this location and they had no problem squeezing me right in. Great service!

What a wonderful facility. It was very efficient, clean with knowledgeable staff. I was there for pre- employment drug screen, fingerprints and physical which took less then an hour. Highly recommended!!

I suspect the staff is intentionally tampering with peoples drug screenings based on their behavior and people i know who don't use drugs yet somehow test positive consistently from this location. CRIMINAL
