  This company did not do a good job. Then they avoided responsibility for the damage they caused to our items. They are sub par and I would not recommend them at all. Have to give one star for the review to be accepted - that's the only reason they are getting a star! Avoid this company like the plague if you want ALL your furniture to arrive in good shape!

  Giving this company one star is being nice. They destroyed 3 items, and heavily damaged 2 items. The claims adjuster will not take responsibility for the damage. We did everything according to what was asked of us, and have received no satisfaction. If you choose to move, stay away from Steven's because no one takes responsibility for the damage they inflict on your items.
