They need to take care of their gas stations in Toledo area in general and inner city area .. if tbh want to compete with sheetz.. keep ur locations clean .. also many lack quality products and employees

Wow what a terrible experience. Briarfield #97 Friday Night 6:30pm. That employee working is a model for what a horrible customer service representative acts like. She needs to find a different occupation. What a terrible attitude she had.

I've been waiting outside for 15 minutes. Employee has sign up that says closed for 5 or 10 minutes on break. Five cars have pulled in, 3 left, myself and another are still waiting. Break started at 8:05 it is 8:21. Still waiting!!

I have a complaint about a staff member at your #90 location her name is Kristal and she has to be one of the rudest people I have even met LAZY, DISRESPECTFUL, AND ALWAYS ON HER PHONE she is hateful to to customers and staff alike I have been a driver for more than 38 years and have never found anyone like her I have no place telling you how to run a business but this person should be replaced

Bad customer service. Bought premium gas and a premium car wash. First, even tough I paid at pump, had to go in for the wash code. Then the was wash was broken, dint wash well. Went in to ask nicely if I can go in again. Was asked to call corporate. Called corporate many times and finally someone answers asks me to go in and ask them again. When I told them that I was asked to contact them and they transfer me to voicemail. Left a voicemail with reciept number. No one called yet. What an hassle. DONT BUY THEIR CAR WASH.

The girl working at Alexis and Talmadge has been giving out free fountain pops and coffee to certain customers for 2 years straight. I’ve seen it and said something so she kicked me out of the store on Saturday 4/13/2024 at approximately 5:00pm. Bad business

This place refuses to sell alcohol unless you allow them to scan your driver's license or state ID. This action would allow them to obtain and store a person's personal data including name, date of birth, address, ID#, heigth, weight, ID expiration date, and in some states Social security number. The law says that they can (but are not required to) scan IDs in order to verify age and legitimacy of the ID. They are doing it across the board to everyone regardless of age. I will never give a penny of my income to this place again.

Three employees were standing at the register talking and joking amongst themselves, while they had a line waiting? The old guy was complaining about the work schedule, and how he wasn’t working today? I was confused ? so why are you here? I exited the station and went somewhere else. I worked there for two days and was hired in as a assistant manager and was just slapped on a register pretty much to figure it out myself and was watching someone else get trained for the same job but not the same title she was just a cashier and when I asked questions I was just looked at with complete disgust and pretty was made to feel like I was an idiot… horrible place to work even after two days I felt as I wasn’t apart of a team I was apart of a cult at least that’s what it felt like… thank you Sidney S&G appreciate nothing u guys thought u did

I applied for a position as a cashier and was scheduled for and interview on 01/24/2022 at 9:00 AM when I arrived for my interview nobody knew anything about it so they rescheduled my interview for 1/25/2022 at 9:00am I made it there approximately 16 minutes early and was told the person supposed to do my interview was not there yet again and Was told by a manager that he didn’t understand why I wanted the job so badly That I would walk over a mile in 8 degree weather and was sent to the corporate office where the front desk clerk told me that Don the man in charge of hiring wasn’t there and that his presence at the office was very few and far in between. Overall I can not describe how incredibly unprofessional but this whole experience was, in total between the two days I walked 7.2 miles (round trip) for absolutely nothing except to be told to come back at another time. There needs to be some serious re evaluations done amongst the way you operate your business. One of the worst parts was there was absolutely 0 apologies for the inconvenience. I went else where and was able to get both and application, interview and a tour of the operation at the same time.
