Waited outside with a locked door during normal business hours with a sign on the door saying "lunch break be back at 5:30". Waited until 6, then we left.

Stated hours of operation on Saturday, November 6, 2021 are 10:00am to 7:00pm however at 10:30am no one at store and no one answers phone even though lights and ceiling fan are on.

I was pleasantly surprised to visit the Sylvania Mayberry Verizon store. Nicole was instrumental in not only meeting my needs but more importantly helping to define and clarify my changing needs. I walked in wondering how much more my expanded plans would cost and she actually saved me considerable money! I could not be more satisfied.
