Today I came to pick up a repaired bracelet that was made for my wife from an idea I had for my wife’s birthday. After many years a small repair was needed. It was a hot day and I was offered a cold bottled water as my repaired piece was retrieved. Nominal repair price and an offer to clean my own wedding band (complimentary) while we talked. “It’s taken me a few months to have the chance to write this but here we go.I was doing a little baby announcement shopping for my mom and was just window shopping when Emilio offered for me to come in and talk. Emilio was the only employee out of all the jewelry stores in the mall that actually said something to me as I looked. That was the selling point! Both staff members (Emilio and Brayden) were welcoming, curious and helped me right away. I knew I wanted to buy something but I wasn’t sure exactly what that would be.
