Way overpriced. 20 year old Frigidaire fridge with mold on it and in it for $170.

They sold me a sewing machine that was missing parts rendering it useless. The big amazon looking woman is rude as hell. They will never get another dollar from me.

I normally never leave a review unless it’s positive. I was so offended by the owner and his terrible attitude and even worse approach to customer service and lack of basic human kindness, I wanted to give everyone a heads up. The guy is a jerk. He came out to my vehicle, wouldn’t bother looking at most of what I brought, I drove really far to get there and he offered the lowest possible amount on the 2 things he took a total of 60 seconds to look at and take. I could have declined but truth is I absolutely expected the store to take at least a few things since I brought items that are in great condition and desirable, I needed the money just to get back home. Literally 20 seconds after I left I called and asked if he would sell me back the one item and it wasn’t “sellers remorse”, I had a very valid reason and it wasn’t because I was offered more money but he wanted $10 more than he paid and I truly didn’t have it. I had what he gave me and offered him basically all of that but he said the 2 minutes he spent outside with me was worth $10, it’s worth repeating that he spent less than 1minute looking and less than 1 minute to see if a weed trimmer I brought worked which he said was dry rotted but it was used once basically brand new. His name is Mike and he is words I cannot write here. I would tell anyone to never go there. The other employees were really nice though I mean they must hate working for him. It’s bad when employees are better than an owner. I’d never go there the guy doesn’t deserve the business.

Had some cool stuff, but it smells so musty and moldy in there I was afraid to buy any of it.

My wife and I worked with Damon and Tommy on the purchase and delivery of a large china cabinet to our new apartment. The cost of the cabinet and cost to deliver it were very reasonable. They were great to work with - prompt, friendly, hardworking, and willing to go above and beyond to make this delivery and installation successful. We enjoyed working with Damon and Tommy enough that they are trying to find another unusual piece of furniture for us. We cannot recommend them enough!

This is my favorite Abbey Ann's. They are very friendly, greet you when you enter. They will also make deals with you because they actually want to sell the items, unlike the other Abbey Ann's store.
I recommend this location.

After Mark and his team picked up my furniture donation, they found a drawer full of jewelry and other sentimental items. They called me right away so I could come in and pick up the items that I had mistakenly left in an old dresser drawer. I was extremely grateful for their honesty.

Nice family owned business! Great place to buy and/or sell your things. I like the people I've dealt with however I don't appreciate being mocked over the phone by the old man behind the counter, not a very professional approach but whatever makes him feel better about himself.

Meh selection, terrible prices. Bottom 10 antique/thrift store I've ever been to. $180 for a stereo that's on eBay for $140 including shipping. Over $100 for 20 year old window AC units in the winter. $169 for one of them. $200 gets you a new AC unit elsewhere in the summer. $8 for a gross used 3rd party N64 controller. "Prices negotiable" yeah down to 70% off I'm sure.

When reading reviews about Abbey Ann's make sure you're reading the correct location. I'm reviewing the Tallmadge Ave here. This store has true antiques like it's sign boasts, and it should. I'm not an antiquer but was raised by one, and I know what a treasure looks like.
