Great customer service, nice people, clean and cute. I've gone here a couple times to get my eyebrows done and bangs trimmed, I've been really happy with it each time. When I went here to get my hair cut, I was pretty dissatisfied with my cut, but it wasn't bad enough to complain about after my other good experiences or notice til I got home and did my hair myself. (I've been w 3 different stylists there.)

When I showed up they had booked me for the wrong day and told me they would not be able to do all the services I had scheduled. I waited an hour and was able to get an eyebrow wax. Walked out with two unevenly sized, sloppy, shapeless brows. She also didn't cleanse before waxing--don't know if this is strictly necessary but I've never had someone not cleanse the area before.

I have been going to Carol Martin for a year now to have highlights and lowlights (red) put in. During my most recent visit, I told the stylist when my hair was done that it just looked like I had red hot roots but I wasn't seeing the red down the length of the hair. That evening, a 25 year old male relative said "Oh, you go red put in at the top of your head." If a 25 year old guy can tell something isn't right, I would think a beautician should be able to see it. I am going to Cost Cutters to have it fixed. They said the main issue is the red was applied more heavily on one side than the other. To fix it will require some additional highlights to break up the darker side and lowlights to break up the lighter side. No longer recommend this salon.Service: Hair coloring

Fantastic place, Lynae my stylist is excellent. She is very knowledgeable funny she makes you feel, as you have known her for ever. She listens to what you want, and she will give a few suggestions of her own. Love this place

My pedicure appointment was scheduled a week and a half in advance. I showed up 20 minutes early and sat for 35 minutes without a single person coming to let me know that they’d be late, how much longer I’d be there, if I could even get the service. I went up to the desk and politely said “I think I’ll have to reschedule because we are now 15 minutes past my appointment time”. In a blasé fashion, with no explanation, no sorry, no let me check to see what happened…”we can schedule you for Saturday.” I asked what happened and all this dude could say was “I don’t know. She’s scheduled to be doing your pedicure but she’s doing a manicure.” What? You knew I was sitting there. You checked me in so why didn’t you check with her to see? I said don’t worry about rescheduling and this dude says “take care”. When has this become customer service? Does this salon owner know that people are being so nonchalant with their business?!Service: Pedicure
