I came in to have my dip removed and a manicure. The dip was over my real nail only one nail had a tip on it. I assumed that they would remove them the way most nail places do by soaking the nail but they did not. He clipped all my nails down and then proceeded to use a fake nail tip to pry the dip off my nails taking parts of my own nail with them. I was in disbelief at what was happening to me and honestly panicking a little on the inside. The manicure was AWFUL as there was polish all over my cuticles which I had to fix on my own at home. I paid $42 and some change for him to destroy my real nails and a horrible manicure. But the wisdom gained priceless because I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. Wish I had read the reviews first.

They did my nails so nicely and they didnt fall off for about 3 weeks. Also the workers there were so sweet. Definitely would come again !!

My nails were uneven, not the shape I asked for at all! The acrylic was thin in some spots and thicker in others. 2 separate people did my nails. One girl filed and put on the tips, then a man took over. In the bright light it looked okay, but the more I looked the worse they looked. I won't go back for a refund or to have them fix them. I wish I had read the reviews first.

I have been going here for 20+ plus off and on, and they have always remembered me! Their work is amazing and they treat their customers great. I have began taking my 13yr old daughter here with me, and they are so good with her! She doesn't like me to leave her with alot of people, but she's comfortable enough to let me run next door to the store while her nails are being finished. If I'm ok leaving my child with them and she doesn't mind either, you know they're great people!

The owner of the establishment refused a refund THREE HOURS after my fiancé and mother went to get their nails done. She got a simple black acrylic full set. When she was sitting, JUST SITTING in our bed, the tip snapped off two of the nails. The nails are soft, brittle, and not at all what she asked for. When we contacted about a refund, we were told to contact the BBB, and LAUGHED AT as we explained what happened, being told “That’s not possible” when we WATCHED the nail snap. This place has terrible quality nails, services, and staff for the price she paid. We will NEVER come here nor recommend this place to ANYONE. Awful.Services: Gel manicures

unfriendly staff, terrible service. when we asked for a refund as my fiancs nails broke three hours later while we were sitting in bed, we were ridiculed, laughed at, and made fun of, told it wasnt possible, and then hung up on. i will never use these services again. unprofessional, terrible work, and prices are steep for nails i could get from a twelve year old.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was told that they could soak my acrylic nails off but when I got there the man that serviced me refused to. He actually took a nail tip and pryed them off, stripping layers of my nails. Now I have to wait a year to get my nails done again because they are sensitive and I want them to be healthy.
