Lori and her associates are doing a wonderful job, the store is clean and organized, so helpful, open up registers when there was a line, putting items away, but aware of what is going on, and keeping things neat. The store has the dollar tree color, and everything is clearly marked, but the red color for family dollar also makes clearly.”

“I absolutely love this store the staff are so courteous I went there today and it was the cashier's birthday and she was not able to do a few things and I used to work at Dollar Tree so I showed her kind of you know how to do it and then her manager came and was walking her through it and it was just a touching moment and the store is always clean very clean very stocked everything is always well put away it's not a mess like most of dollar trees are and they just remodeled everything to where it's a 35 extended store and yeah if you ever get a chance to go to Hartville Dollar Tree that's the one to be at”

“The price is still $1 for each item so far. They will raise the price by a quarter each item on Feb.6, 2022 for almost everything except cards and some candies. It's a small place and often gets crowded but with good selections of toys, cards, art and craft supplies, kitchen and cleaning products and etc. Their art and craft stuff are way cheaper than the Hobby & Lobby nextdoor. If you are a craft & art lover, don't gorget to shop there before heading to Hobby & Lobby nextdoor. You can check their new items on Fridays or Saturdays because their truck comes every Friday for delivery. However, they don't allow return or refund. After the price changes to $1.25, we probably will shop more at the dollar section at the nearby Target to get the small toys for the kids at $1 each where they also accept returns.”

“I went to this store to return a private brand item that I had purchased at a different DG 20 miles away. The item had not been used and I had the receipt. I was told I would have to take the product to the store where I purchased the item. Considering that DG is not a franchise but is in fact a corporation, I called their corporate Customer Service line where they briefly researched the policy and then stated "Dollar General brand items must be returned to the store where purchased. However, private name brand items can be returned to any DG store in the US for full refund.'This was one of two DG in my neighborhood that gave me the same runaround. Both stores had very friendly staff that wanted to help me but felt their hands were tied. Dollar General...Train your staff!!!”

“This store is always way to busy. Never enough employees working. No room to shop. Always messy. But the store always has what you want. And the employees that are there working alway have a smile and are friendly. Dollar General needs to expand into the other store that is vacant next door, that way they would have more room to stock more stuff.”
