What a great vendor. I live in the Hudson Valley NY and we are in a dead zone for radio equipment stores. It is so nice to be able to shop such a wide inventory and have it shipped so quickly. I have never had an issue, and as long as it's an item they stock I don't even bother shopping around.

I went out there on a new ebike, testing it to make sure it would make it there and back to my home on a battery that wasn't fully charged, and my in-person experience was lousy. Salespeople were reluctant to acknowledge me, despite that all I wanted to buy as a courtesy was a "DX Engineering hat", that I might be donating to the Salvation Army. Everyone there seemed to be shocked in some manner that I was walking an ebike around the store to pick up my hat, upon also wearing an orange T-shirt so motorists could see me, for safety. I SO totally weirded everybody there out, how lame of them. As an Amateur Radio operator since 9/2006, I'll order things from HRO and patiently wait for the delivery.

I live in Taiwan and I was hesitant to go all the way across the ocean to buy some equipment for my amateur radio station from the United States. After I decided to buy it, I got what I wanted and it was excellent quality, even though I had to pay More shipping costs, but buying amateur radio products from your company with a wide range of products is definitely the right choice!

Since returning to my ham radio hobby about two months ago, I have made several purchases from DX Engineering (an ID-5100, an ID-50, a Ciro Mazzoni Stealth Loop antenna, and other miscellaneous stuff). I have been very pleased with the prices, the rapid and accurate processing of my order, and the super-fast (free) shipping each time. When I've contacted them with questions, their responses have been both pleasant and helpful.
In short, DX Engineering have become my "go to" vendor for ham radio related stuff. Definitely recommended.
