This bank steals money from people who work hard for their families I would not recommend this bank to anyone the best thing to do is get away from these crooks the owner is no different from someone who robs you with a gun.

I had a personal account with Fifth Third Bank and I was inquiring about a business loan. We discussed my business and was assured the bank could help. After I applied I was told of the requirement that you have to have a business account in order to get a business loan. So the banker opened me an account. After waiting a month, the loan is rejected because the account wasn't opened long enough. If covid-19 isn't killing small businesses fast enough just use 5/3 to finish it off. I closed my new business account and moved on. Readers should do the same.

I don’t even want to give this branch one star.

The Tallmadge branch is definitely my favorite in the area. Unfortunately, the discrepancy department of Fifth Third is clearly disorganized and incompetent. I've been fighting an unauthorized charge for the last 8 months. The staff at the Tallmadge branch did the best they could to assist me but they could not outdo the horrific experience I've had with the discrepancy department. After 11 years banking with this company I'm closing my account and taking my business else where.

I payed off a car loan early. I asked when I would receive my title. The manager said that it was a E title and I was to pick it up at the Title office. I bought the car 6 months prior and paid for title and doc fees. I went to pick it up and they said that would be $15.50 . What! I already paid this once. I payed and left. The cheap loan directors at Fifth Third bank use the E- title so save them the cost of the fees. There only a handful of banks doing this. I will never use or go to any Fifth Third bank again. They are whores who are trying to get the last dollar out of you. If you buy a car make sure to ask about it. By law they can do a e- title. Stay away from this bank.

I was at the Tallmadge branch to get a check. They were unable to complete my request due to a new software update. I guess it wasn't compatible with the printer. Anyways, they just said they couldn't do it without offering another option. Poor service. I had to ask what my options were and all they said was another location.

This place is just another local bank with a very cool exception. The ATM scans your deposited cash and checks, making for easy, envelope and deposit slip free banking. For added convenience, the ATM provides the option for a printed copy of the check to appear on your receipt. For people with low balances their accounts feature NO OVERDRAFT FEES if you miscalculate by $5 or less. Other banks eagerly charge a $25 to $35 fee for each item, even if you're only a penny over your account balance.
