Wonderful customer service. Unfortunately this location closes at 6 now. every day. I found out today when I wanted my time going there only to be told that they're closed. It was 559.

Nice and clean store. The young worker with the blue hair wasn’t the nicest worker. Went to a different lady with the same questions and she was much friendlier and actually gave me answers to my questions.

The doors are open, they are allowing you to look. But you can't buy anything with the systems down. What good is the store, If you can't buy anything? Close it if it's not operational.

Got to watch this place. Shalonda tried to charge me full price that most of my items were half off until I had to bring it up. 3 items in fitting room and they told me hang on rack outside. I come to switch out my items and they hung them all back up. Terrible business going on here. Hartville Thrift is so much better and the money actually goes to a cause. Goodwill has been going down the tubes and these franchises just want your money and charge ridiculous for DONATED items.

Such a fussy group of workers, wouldn’t accept a bed frame. Beggars can’t be choosers, they want charge 500% market rate, pay workers bad, and get their stuff for free. Beggars can’t be choosers.

This Goodwill is accross the street from the ACME (not in the Midway mall), well managed, in a good/safe area, accessible by 76 and Tallmadge Circle, with plenty of parking. Neighborhood folks donate some quality stuff that Goodwill offers at a fair price. They also have goodwill-giftcards which I've given to family members considering the clothes, jewelry and miscellaneous treasures they stock. I would recommend a visit if you're in Tallmadge.

Their service there is absolutely terrible. Me and my mother literally purchased a piece of furniture and came to pick it up the next day and they said somebody has already picked it up. That’s crazy. What kind of Goodwill is that?

Change the store hours on your door. It says 9 AM and your website says 10 AM. False advertisement!!
