I believe it was Tammy who helped me today. I came in on a Sunday afternoon very confused about a lot of my unique tax situations after already filing my 23 return with another company. After a short wait as a walk-in she helped review all of my documents, explain (and sometimes re-explain) all of the things I was confused about, and it didn’t cost me anything. I’m a college student with tuition forms and freelance jobs that were very confusing to navigate and she helped assure me that I filed correctly and gave me advice on how to optimize my return/owe less in the future. Thank you h/r block from this confused 20-something!!
