I'm online, looking for a new bank. All the others have information on the type of accounts they have and the fees, etc. This is the only one that doesn't. If I have to make an appointment just to find out this information, what's the point?Sounds like a "buyer beware" situation. No thanks. It's not worth my time.What are they hiding?

Great staff. They are knowledgeable and always willing to listen and help anyway they can. Like most banks, your experience is going to be what you put into it. That have safety and anti fraud levels of protection they must adhere to and any potential "inconvenience" is only there to protect you and your money. All you can ask for is a polite, knowledgable and fair staff.... Which is what you get with the Tallmadge Circle Keybank location.

If I could give this branch NO STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD!!!!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT LET ME GET ANY MONEY OUT & IVE HAD MY “HASSEL FREE†ACCOUNT LONGER THAN 48 HOURS VALERIE LIED STATED I COULD RECEIVE MY MONEY THE NEXT DAY AND I STILL WAS NOT ABLE TO SO NOW IM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT THANKS FOR NOTHINGGGGG !!!

worthless bank.... They claim that you have to come into the branch they can not do anything over the phone. well HMM why do they even have phones then? I have a business account and for some reason they blocked a order i need to make now i have to leave the shop and go to the bank well get my money ready im closing the accounts!

These guys can think of more reasons to assess fees on your account. The Customer Service Reps are totally clueless. Their systems are down and somehow it's your responsibility to keep calling back to check or else guess what you assed another fee. It's like they are doing you a favor to be your bank!
