About Midway Plaza
Midway Plaza is a historic area that has seen better days. Once a lively and busy place, it now faces neglect, with many units empty and a parking lot in poor condition that needs regrading, leveling, and resurfacing. The plaza's iconic sign, once lit up at dusk, brought back childhood memories, but since the hamburger station was torn down, the area has declined. Currently, the plaza offers some essentials like a gas station, several restaurants, and a Save-A-Lot store, making it a convenient stop for quick shopping or meals. Nearby are additional stores such as Aldi's and Giant Eagle, with a Tallmadge liquor store inside one of the nearby shops. Although the parking lot and units need major renovations, it retains its potential for revival. The community hopes new owners can bring back its former vibrancy and restore its status as a thriving hub.

This used to be a great plaza. It has been around for a long time and it is very run down. Most of the units are empty. The parking lot is in bad shape and this plaza needs to get a major rehab.

Place needs to be torn down, or lower the rent..it's savalot&rent a center only
