“This store is overall incredible. You walk in and the staff doesn’t bombard you, but they’re immediately so helpful and just seem happy and content to be there. There is a manager named Maddy and she is one of the most helpful and personable staff members I’ve ever interacted with at any store. I’m always happy to shop here, and my foster animals are stoked when I come home with a fresh haul. The products are also top tier, and the store is very well organized and clean.”

“Morty's is a darling store for dogs, and there's a small area for cats. Everything for dogs is here. Bring your dog! I liked the machine that makes tags for your pet. It's a great gift idea. All kinds of foods, treats, doggie gifts, and novelty items I'd never seen are here. The clerk was very kind and knowledgeable. Check it out on Front Street.”
“Everyone here is very kind and encouraging. You can tell the staff members genuinely care about your dog and their progress. So far, I’ve participated in the puppy class and am currently in the beginners class. Both classes have had wide varieties of breeds and owners & I’ve seen improvements with all dogs participating in the classes. Even if you know the basics of dog training, the structure of the class schedules and training materials that are provided have been extremely helpful and we’ve learned even more than I expected. If you follow the instructions, you’ll have a well-behaved dog. The classes are a solid combination of instructional time, training demonstrations, and time to practice the commands with your dog. There is also time for Q&A and they’ll provide hands on assistance and demonstrations for any specific issues you may be having. The puppy class included all types of information, such as basic commands training, potty/crate training, first aid, safety tips, grooming, and overall basic manners. The beginners class has continued to build on my dog’s leash, command, and impulse control skills. It’s a fun time to bond with your dog. My dog looks forward to going inside as soon as he realizes we’re in the parking lot. The facility is clean, spacious, and there’s a fenced in outdoor potty area in the back for any as-needed breaks. Definitely recommend them to everyone!”

“We cannot say enough great things about Wiggle Butt! We have tried other groomers and boarders in the past and our nervous pittie mix rescue, Bella, wouldn’t even let other places bathe her! She gets excited to go and comes home beautifully groomed, so shiny, and exhausted! I love the photo updates and report cards upon pick up! Can’t recommend them enough!”

“Tree City Feed gave me free samples of food for my dogs at the Dog Days of Summer. They enjoyed the food for lunch that day so I went back to their vendor tent and I bought a bag of Dr. Gary’s from them and my dogs love the food! Bowls are clean after every meal! Kind people, took the time to explain the ingredients to me. I’ll be back for more Dr. Gary’s and whatever else they may suggest for my two precious fur boys”

“They pretty much have everything you need. We have a specialty cat litter we like, they have it. Retail, not warehouse pricing but good selection and A1 service. Carry to car, where are products, information on products, whatever you need. Convenient location. Curbside available”
“The store itself is great. Everything's always stocked and the store is clean. Animals are well taken care of. I personally bought a parakeet there and have had him now for 7 years. Also, my most recent trip I had seen they have cats for adoption! Very sweet and everything already taken care. As for the staff, most are very helpful and friendly and others not so. But all in all, great place.”

“The representative of the store David- Is most knowledgeable and helpful. This young man truly has a vast understanding of fish and invertebrates, plants, and how they all work together. He gives great information and helps by educating more every single time. Over the years, the store has clearly had its struggles with staff and poor management.Currently However there are at least Two particular representatives who do provide the best service you can get.. David, certainly is Top rate. Rae also has a tremendous ability to educate and inform on all species/ Rae is a great rep. For information and any aquatic life needs.”

“We are becoming fish parents. We had a rough start, and we lost 6 the first go around. But the store gave us a full refund.. Then we talked with Adam at the store..and he was a great help! We researched and asked him many questions. He shared with us tonrun our tanknand getbour PH leve a little better we were almost there. He also suggested stattbwithb one, see how does then add one at a time. We took the time and came back to get our water tested (about 2-3 weeks later, and it was perfect). So we started the journey again and got one fish to start, and here we are, a week later, we are picking up a fish friend because the first has been doing great. So fingers crossed we can keep doing great..and Adam said to test and if things go we'll can ad one every few weeks.

“This is one of the best pet stores I've been to, ever. They have a lot of variety, everything looked well-taken care of. Lots of healthy fish, freshwater and saltwater, as well as a great selection of reptiles, tarantulas, and centipedes --- some unusual species too. We really liked the two guys that run the shop. Very good customer experience. They're a good balance of friendly and professional. There's clearly a lot of care and attention that has been put into the store. Prices are fair, too. Will definitely return.”
