“Wonderful place with good pricing and many options. People are knowledgeable and nice. The corals are beautiful to look at. I find everything to be reasonably priced and good quality, the feeders are a great deal and I truly appreciate that. The stock is good stuff. I really recommend checking it out and saying hello to the shop kitty.”

“Having trusted them with my dogs now for extended stays, I can't recommend them enough. I could tell upon pickup that my dogs were cared for and loved the employees while being very affordable. I'm so happy to have Heartland in my backyard to care for my dogs when I can't.”

“I’ve been coming here every so often to get feeder mice, but also just to bask in the variety of exotics they have. Made the mistake of stopping in today and holding one of their giant African millipedes, which led to buying two (whoops). Completely spontaneous, so we had none of the essentials at home. The workers (kind as always) helped us with buying everything and then even SET UP the tank for us before we left. These millipedes are an awesome addition to our slowly growing collection, and I’m so glad to have spent my money there. Was already a frequent, but will be a forever customer now!”

“It is always a pleasure to go to Hollywood Feed. This particular store is not the one I usually go to since I live elsewhere but I still had a great experience. The young guy who helped me was very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable.”

“Morty's is a darling store for dogs, and there's a small area for cats. Everything for dogs is here. Bring your dog! I liked the machine that makes tags for your pet. It's a great gift idea. All kinds of foods, treats, doggie gifts, and novelty items I'd never seen are here. The clerk was very kind and knowledgeable. Check it out on Front Street.”

“Everyone here is very kind and encouraging. You can tell the staff members genuinely care about your dog and their progress. So far, I’ve participated in the puppy class and am currently in the beginners class. Both classes have had wide varieties of breeds and owners & I’ve seen improvements with all dogs participating in the classes. Even if you know the basics of dog training, the structure of the class schedules and training materials that are provided have been extremely helpful and we’ve learned even more than I expected. If you follow the instructions, you’ll have a well-behaved dog. The classes are a solid combination of instructional time, training demonstrations, and time to practice the commands with your dog. There is also time for Q&A and they’ll provide hands on assistance and demonstrations for any specific issues you may be having. The puppy class included all types of information, such as basic commands training, potty/crate training, first aid, safety tips, grooming, and overall basic manners. The beginners class has continued to build on my dog’s leash, command, and impulse control skills. It’s a fun time to bond with your dog. My dog looks forward to going inside as soon as he realizes we’re in the parking lot. The facility is clean, spacious, and there’s a fenced in outdoor potty area in the back for any as-needed breaks. Definitely recommend them to everyone!”

“So far so good. I’ve had issues with this location in the past but never had any problems with the animals they’ve sold me. Their customer service has definitely stepped up their game. My kids and wife picked this betta up who seemed happy and energetic. I went to petsmarts for some cheaper plant options and their bettas looked absolutely miserable and they were packed in the smallest deli cups. I will continue to shop this location for any future aquatic or reptile pets.”

“The only PSP I've been to that wasn't filled with dead fish. Employees were nice. Mice were cheap, my snake refused to eat them but that's probably just standard BP food selectivity. Clearance section is after the registers which is confusing.”

“Nice people but didn't expect such a long wait having had an appointment. I arrived 10 min early as instructed. 12:20 pm. And still had to wait behind 5 other pets. Got out at 1:10pm for a single microchip injection which took 1 min.”

“I have always taken my dogs to the vet for services that Pet Supplies Plus also offers. I was uncertain about taking my skittish senior dog for services anywhere else. The woman that worked with my dog at PSP was wonderful - very professional and very gentle and kind to my dog. I will definitely be going back with my Lucy.”
