I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent visit to your shop. I came in to seek assistance regarding a check engine light on my vehicle, which I purchased less than a year ago. The diagnostic indicated an oil pressure issue. While I am not entirely certain whom I spoke with, I believe it may have been Ralph.
This matter is extremely time-sensitive. I am currently residing in a domestic violence shelter while managing a disability, and I rely on my vehicle to attend necessary medical appointments. In addition, my daughter began school this week, open enrollment is in progress, and tomorrow is her birthday. Having a safe and reliable vehicle is critical to meeting these responsibilities.
During my visit, I only mentioned that my daughter had just started school. The technician performed a scan and checked the dipstick, which I confirmed on my dash camera. However, I was not informed of the specific diagnostic code that appeared, nor that my dipstick was significantly overfilled. Instead, I was told that this was not the type of problem he gets involved with, and that he was too busy, despite the fact that I observed only three unattended vehicles and no cars on the racks at the time.
This lack of communication could have cost me my vehicle. All that was needed was a professional explanation — that the oil had been overfilled — along with a few recommendations. Instead, I was brushed off and left to drive away unaware of the issue. I was even told the problem “could turn out to be the engine,” when in reality, all I need was an oil change….
As a single mother already under significant pressure, this experience left me deeply unsettled and unable to sleep last night not knowing if I’ll have a vehicle ,
and all it needed was an oil change due to overfill…. Which he was aware of because I watched the dash cam and I have it on video he checked the dipstick which could have costed me my vehicle if something had happened
I trusted your shop based off of reviews to provide honest and accurate guidance, and I believe better communication could prevent situations like this in the future!
Please do not let people drive away with two small children with the oil overfilled knowingly… that’s not ok!

I didn't actually see an employee, however it was effortless to schedule, drop my car off the night before, have my alignment done, pay over the phone, and pick my car up after hours. It was my first time using this garage, recommended by my father. I would like to continue to have them take care of my automotive needs. Thank you so much!

Went to Trackside with our 2nd car, that our son is using. He thought that the brakes might be getting bad because of a noise issue. So, living a few towns away he thought that it would be easier to bring the car to a local national chain car place.
They advertised brake work for a low price of under $200. But... when he bought it there, the "tune" changed to 'you need MORE Major brake work' ... $500 worth!
We told him to wait until Andrew could look at the car.
Once he did he called and said that the brakes were fine but both front Tires needed to be replaced.
It's SO nice to work with an Honest
auto repair company!!
Thanks again!
HIGHEST Recommendation!!
