If I could give a 0 I would. Pharmacy is outright ridiculous! There is room for serious overhaul from the techs to the pharmacist! They should fire all of them!

No customer service whatsoever. Stood in line at pharmacy for 15 minutes just for them to tell me to ask someone up front if they carried a liquid vitamin D3. Never offered to assist me. There was only one clerk on the floor and she was at the register. I will never come back here again. Also the pharmacy tech was not friendly.

Don't use this rite aid. Support is awful and I cannot get through their phone system at all. This has been an issue since I moved to the area.When I lived near a different rite aid, when I was out of refills, they would send a message to the doctor to request a refill and my prescription would be ready rather quickly.After calling multiple times, not being able to get through, I went in to speak to someone at this location to ask them to refill my prescription and they said I had no more refills. I asked if they could reach out to my doctor and they said they couldn't. I told them I never had this problem before and rite aid would usually contact the doctor. They said they are unable to do it. I then iterated that the other rite aid was able to and then the pharmacist reluctantly went over to the computer, spent approximately 30 seconds on it and she then told me the request had been sent to my doctor.Days went by and I got no update. After multiple attempts of not being able to get through via phone for an update, I drove here and went in. Out of curiosity, while standing in this rite aid, I called and pressed the option to speak to a person. No phones rang. I thought it was a mistake so while standing near the desk I called twice more and nothing rang. I asked the person behind the counter and she stated sometimes they just don't get calls.I asked about the prescription request and they said they were still waiting for a response from my doctor. I sent a message to my doctor and she stated she didn't get a request. She sent an updated prescription to this location, which still took days to be acknowledged, let alone filled.Today, as I needed a refill, I optimistically called them again, pressed the option to speak to someone, just to be informed that this rite aid pharmacy is closed.

I've never had any problems with this Rite Aid. On occasion they will be a touch understocked in some places, but this never lasts long, and what store can say they aren't.

I have literally never been able to get in contact with this place by phone. A machine answers and puts me on hold, I sit there for 5 minutes and then when it rings it just rings and rings and no one ever picks up!

I have now tried calling the pharmacy 10+ times over the last 2 days to check on the status of my prescription and no one has ever answered the phone. Is this place still in business????

1. Pharmacy contacts Dr.'s via FAX machine for refills - no one uses fax machine anymore. 2. After driving up yesterday, being told they contacted my Dr via fax (knowing my Dr. doesn't have a fax machine) I had call Dr. this on behalf of Right Aid to continue my refill. Giving pharmacy time, 3 hrs later, the phone prompt says it isn't ready (standard med, always in stock). So, I tried to call the pharmacy for further clarification. Nope, Pharmacy won't answer the phone 5 calls in a row - 15 mins gone. Called the store to connect me, repeatedly. Pharmacy hung up on me then didn't answer the phone! Now 30 mins for me to clear up an issue that begins with Rite Aid, contacting people on a device no one has used in 15 years, and ending with zero customer service from their employees who handle the most sensitive issues. Now I get to go in there, and I am angry.

Stood around waiting for a cashier to check me out for way too long. I don't think it's hard to realize where this company's attention is going... It's certainly not customer value.

Rite Aid staff, whether I am here at the Tallmadge store, or at the Cuyahoga falls store on Bailey Rd.., are EXTREMELY helpful. Always. Every single time, without fail. Also very friendly. I have never had a bad experience at either one of these Rite Aid stores.

I’ve long been a fan of rite aid pharmacies, but Alexis and her team go above and beyond to be helpful, informative, and kind. They believe in customer service and I’ll drive out of my way to continue to use this awesome pharmacy.

I just went through the drive through at Rite Aid. I did not go in since I have COVID but I needed to get a thermometer since mine has died. I have to say that the tech, Lisa, is the most unpleasant individual I have ever encountered. When I asked if I could get a thermometer and a pulse oximeter, she cut me off stating that they do not have any pulse ox. When I asked if I could get a thermometer, you would have though I asked her for a kidney! She then proceeded to go over to the pharmacist and make a comment. This is not my first encounter with Lisa. She is probably the most miserable person I have encountered. Never pleasant. I work in healthcare and if this is the way I treat my patients, I would be looking for another job. Lisa......find another job if you are that unhappy!

I love using coupons. Many stores will hassle u if u want to use a few coupons for one reason or another. I have never had a problem at this location or chain for that matter- which makes shopping here fun and enjoyable. Also has a great pharmacy and is clean and organized. A+ in book!

Had my first Covid shot. Everything and everyone, very nice and professional
