I was very dispointed that a lady lied about the assistant manager yesterday! She was alone and a man was doing alot of lottery! What was she supposed to do stop him and wait on an impatient customer? She did her job alone and is amazing☺☺☺☺

Cashier on 3rd shift is rude and disrespectful refers to me a Bud when checking out items. No matter if I create small talk or purchase something with grace, she has had an issue with me, since the first time she served me at the speedway. A wise man once said “a persons name is there most prized possession”. I don’t appreciate the rude behavior directed my way for absolutely no reason, it’s completely unacceptable and unwarranted. Potentially customer service isn’t this cashiers true passion. Either way I’ll look forward to being addressed by my name. This morning I was able to share some of the situation with the store GM and have completed a complaint with the corporate offices to assist me with this unfortunate issue.
