I had an awful experience with a lady named Capri. She is awful and nasty, a very disrespectful person I have ever seen in this country.
I just asked her why she was charging too much money, six dollars, for
a small plastic bag. Her response and interaction was awful. I am surprised how she is given the job in customer service.
Before leaving this review, I went through the previous reviews here. I noticed other people have also had awful experiences with her.

Customer service was absolutely atrocious this morning. Had one box with a pre-label shipping already done. They charged me a dollar to tape the box shut. Really? The young lady said she didn't make the rules. But then also told me it cost them money meaning the tape so it cost me money. I dropped off several packages at FedEx this week as well. I wasn't charged for tape for any of them. The bad attitude, along with a ridiculous little fee will make me always choose FedEx or other options versus going back to the UPS store going forward.

Justin at the UPS store in Tallmadge is so wonderful, always goes the extra mile, and never complains! I will only ever stop at the tallmadge location.

Just was at the UPS store to ship two items that Amazon gave us two different labels one paid for and one not. The boxing was wrong also. Very busy place lots of customers coming in. Justin was amazing, Great attitude and help me sort out how to get the items shipped and reboxed at a reasonable cost. Nice work Justin!

The young man named Justin who works there is quite a valuable employee who goes above and beyond. I certainly hope that management recognizes this and shows their appreciation properly. I utilize this store often and will continue to do so.

What wonderful people, initially worked with Chad and after some confusion about an Amazon return the store manager Chad came by to help and wow, what a beacon of knowledge on the whole shipping industry, Go to UPS not for UPS but for the manager Chad, blown away by how he helped and guided me on my shipping needs!

From the very start, our experience with the UPS store in Tallmadge has been an excellent one! They are very courteous & helpful - especially the manager, Ashlynn. She goes above & beyond for her customers & we really appreciate her great customer service. We are going to miss her since she is leaving to go to another store!

Allison is simply amazing! Always very friendly! Always extremely helpful! Never annoyed by my 100 questions. It’s always a pleasure when I walk into the store and I see her face because I know my experience is going to be wonderful!

Lost my original! I took a document in to have single sided copies made. They now charge 27 cents a page. I didn’t know that but when I questioned it, I was told I was being rude. After arriving at home and sorting through all the copies, I realized 26 pages of my original are missing. They don’t know where they are. Now, I have to pay to have my original replaced. Don’t recommend.
