“I enjoy exploring thrift shops like this, where the shelves are crammed with all kinds of potential treasures. They have great deals on anything you could want. And the staff is really helpful, even carrying bigger things to your car.”

“This Goodwill is accross the street from the ACME (not in the Midway mall), well managed, in a good/safe area, accessible by 76 and Tallmadge Circle, with plenty of parking. Neighborhood folks donate some quality stuff that Goodwill offers at a fair price. They also have goodwill-giftcards which I've given to family members considering the clothes, jewelry and miscellaneous treasures they stock. I would recommend a visit if you're in Tallmadge.”

“This store is a hidden gem you need to check out! The selection of items was way more interesting/eclectic than most thrift stores and has a good selection of alternative fashion accessories and “costume” pieces if that’s what you’re into. Employees were nothing but friendly and the store had such a welcoming atmosphere. Y’all gained a repeat customer!”

“Nice selection of quality furniture and supplies. James was super friendly and helped us pick out what we wanted and the employees in the back/dock area were very helpful and willing to help us load a large table we purchased.”

“I love Happy Tails! It is one of the most well-organized and reasonably priced thrift shops. They offer a wide selection of cared-for household items, craft supplies, books, etc. I particularly love their vinyl records (which are filed alphabetically and by genre!) -- I find something to take home every time.”

Definitely recommend for anyone looking for any home decor. The owner was so helpful and nice and talked to us for so long. Will definitely be going again!”

“Had such a pleasant experience here. The furniture selections are constantly being refreshed - and furniture is sometimes put outside for free. That alone is just incredible. And it's very nice furniture. The men working there today were so nice and helpful, I'm very thankful for them helping me get my couch secured in my truck.”

“Waterloo Rd Goodwill is the best of both worlds thrift store. Left door takes you to the bins side, where random stuff is dumped into giant plastic bins and sold based on weight. Never know what gems you’ll find. VHS tapes, clothes, books, glassware, toys, autographed stuff, anything. #CatchMeAtTheBinsRight door takes you to the normal sales side that includes furniture. I’m going to have to share some crazy photos I’ve taken here over the years. Follow my profile!Employees here are friendly, hardworking, and execute their duties.Donation drop off on the right side of the building.”

“This is a nice place to find clothes, shoes, electronics, toys, furniture, nic-nacks, dishes, pots and pans, gift ideas, and just about any household need you may have. The prices have changed a lot over the years, but you can still find some reasonably priced items. Even your seasonal items are a lot cheaper in this store.. Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter,... all the way to Christmas. Check it out, you might find something you've been looking for, wanting, or needing for a long time. Happy Shopping!!”

“I always have an awesome time at this thrift store. The people who work here are super nice and helpful, and I often find great deals, especially with their $0.99 tag sales. Goodwill in particular can often be a bit of a rip-off with prices, depending on the location. Never really had a problem with the pricing here, though. In fact, for most of my best outfits I get complimented on at work I say, "thanks, I got it at The Salvation Army for $2!" which is always a fun conversation since I love encouraging people to shop secondhand. Just make sure you bring your own bag, they usually don't have any to give with your purchase unless they recently had some donated. Also, thank you for still stocking lots and lots of VHS and even the occasional VCR and CRT TV! Some places no longer do this, but I still love my VCR so it's awesome to find cool and obscure movies for fair prices here.”

“I ALWAYS go out of there with 2 huge bags of clothes and it will cost me $30-$40 total. Every time I say I am going to look, not buy.......well I end up finding 5-6 shirts that I just have to have. And I do this every time I go.”

“My favorite Goodwill in the area. Great furniture, home & kitchen, and bedding sections and they still sell VHS which I really appreciate. The folks who work here are super friendly too and are accepting of visibly queer people.”

“The people are fabulous- I had an accidental donation (thanks to my husband who thought storage clothes were donation clothes) and the staff (shout out to Autumn) helped me look for my clothes and fill out forms. After looking through the selection of clothes trying to find my own, I may just move from thred up to goodwill for my thrifting purchases - they have some great items and are SO helpful!!”

“Love both locations and I think they are equally fair when it comes to amount of items clothes shoes etc they have out. Love the jewelry in the showcase at both outlets!”

“LOVE this thrift store! I have found so many great things here, it is one of my all time favorites! They are always running a deal on tag colors, and have a great selection. The 50% off all colors days are the best ?? You have to dig through the clothes a bit, and it’s not the cleanest, but for a thrift store, the selection they offer is worth it!”
