“This place is awesome. the staff are great and are as nice as can be. I actually came here to see if a person left a review, and he did. it was the Stephen Robinson guy below. he was a total jerk to the staff. they ask him to take the large heavy items to the other door where furniture and large items go. they politely ask 2 times at least. he refused started bringing them in anyways and they ask again, he then started yelling and saying he was offended because they ask him to take the items to the proper place.. I would not trust a review left by this man. there were a couple of older ladies telling him to calm down as well. the staff were polite and tried real hard with him. he is apparently not a nice man. The man that was with him helping seemed embarrassed for him. glad I looked at the reviews, I knew he was gonna try and blame the store. P. S. “Compared to the akron restore the selection is poor. You have a 50/50 chance of finding what you are looking for. On a positive note, the prices of what they do have are great. Worth a look if you dont want to drive all the way to the akron location.”

Absolutely don't even think about it, just come to this place. You will NOT be disappointed! I always waddle out of here with more than I bargained for... arms full! AMAZING DEALS! (I hide it in my trunk so my husband won't know ?) It feels like a fun day date with the girlfriends, except you're alone. (I'm alone) Customer service is fabulous. They're always so nice and accommodating... I try to stop by real quick... then I pop out of a dark corner 3 hours later, engulfed.... finding all sorts of treasures.”

“If you like shopping at local, small business thrift stores,like I do. This is a great place to check out. The store is small and a little hard to walk around, but don't let that stop you. It was so fun to dig through stuff to find those hidden treasures. I found some cool vintage looking Xmas decorations that I know I could not get from a big box store or Amazon. The ladies and owner were so funny and helpful. The prices are reasonably and if there was not price, the ladies will help you out. So if you are out and about stop in, even if it just to look. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family.

“There is a LOT of clothes.
Not much furniture.
They show the tvs work!
The deals aren't like other salvation army where you always have 3 or 4 colors on sale. Today was pink and shoes. I didn't like that.
The fitting rooms are closed like some places.
And the people aren't rude either”
“I love going there because they are so awesome and friendly and the give people in wheelchair and ride home if needed with no questions ask I know because I'm of the person they gave me a ride home and they drop off my food at my apartment in I was driving my wheelchair and it was loaded down with food and the rest of the food I couldn't take on my wheelchair they drop it off wonderful wonderful people”
“My first time at the bins, spent $20 and satisfied with what I purchased. Didn't find much at the retail store so did not make a purchase there. I felt their prices were a little higher than what I was willing to pay.”
“My favorite Goodwill in the area. Great furniture, home & kitchen, and bedding sections and they still sell VHS which I really appreciate. The folks who work here are super friendly too and are accepting of visibly queer people.”

“Only thing holding this Goodwill back from a 5 star review, is its merchandise im personally looking for. As silly as that sounds, thrift stores all depend not only on their donations but also management and staff on final say on what ends up on the floor and each location differs slightly. (Each Goodwill seems a little different in what they carry) For example this one is good for books, older knick knacks, elderly clothes and some of the 1st hand non "thrift" 2nd hand items.. The one in Kent is good for younger adult clothes, crafts and furniture. The Goodwill in Cuyahoga Falls on State Rd. when i went a few years ago seemed to best for electronics. The one on Britain Rd which i believe moved to Tallmadge on Rt. 9 offered a lot of kids clothes and unique finds. Then of course Waterloo Rd. Is the biggest and the best of them all. I encourage people to check out every location. They all have their own "specialties" it would seem. I know im missing some on this list but i also either haven't been since they built them or its been many years since ive been there.”

“This location is well thought of around the county. Clothing racks are generally packed full. I rarely get through all that I’d like to look through just because I get tired of being on my feet. Pricing discounts are great. It can be difficult at times to get a dressing room. Plenty of parking.”

They were great to work with - prompt, friendly, hardworking, and willing to go above and beyond to make this delivery and installation successful. We enjoyed working with Damon and Tommy enough that they are trying to find another unusual piece of furniture for us. We cannot recommend them enough!”
