“I would like to give the staff of the Glouster post office a five-star rating. They do a wonderful job. However, I would like to give the central 800 number (outside of the control of our local office) a negative number if possible. The automated service can’t answer my question yet repeatedly refuses to redirect my call to the local office, so my question will go unanswered until I drive into town. I hate to think of our wonderful local workers bearing the brunt of the frustration from customers who are actually frustrated with this 800 number put into place by the central office”

“After having a bad experience at the Stimson location in Athens, I drove to The Plains location to ship 3 packages with QR codes. I had SUCH a great experience, John was extremely kind and helpful, despite me showing up close to closing time. Parking was easy, everything was easy to access and the transaction was super quick. I'll happily drive to The Plains to ship all of my packages from now on!”
