Liz canceled 30mins before our appointment, claiming she didn't know she had plans. I had scheduled the appointments weeks in advance and even checked if we were still good a couple days prior. Very unprofessional! Didn't try to reschedule with me or anything. You're telling me you couldn't at least tell me 12 hours before hand???

Linnie does a great job. Very flexible for appointments. I have also had my nails done there and it was a great experience. Very friendly staff.
