“I had a issue with my mail right after the new year. I have never been treated so good, I had my issue resolved and I got to see first hand how much the guys at buckeye lake usps, are willing to take the time and effort to make sure that you are always taken care of. I would definitely say it's a 5?????'s lol all the way. Thank you”

“I stopped by this post office to drop of a bunch of packages Saturday and once i got home i saw a shipping label that i forgot to apply (running around like a chicken with its head cut off. ) well krysten the worker that helped me noticed and packaged it up and sent it to my po box using the return address on my other packages. Above and beyond. I wish i wasnt a home owner so i can move closer to this location. That was so sweet and thoughtful. I also noticed how caring she was to the other customers. So sweet and wholesome.”

“I dropped off a pre-paid package. Post office staff is smiling, pleasant and efficient. She printed the shipping label and applied it to the package. All went well.”
“Robin was very helpful and kind. I had used the wrong box for my label but I was able to purchase a box there and fix it so it didn’t end up returned or with unpaid postage”

“I enjoy coming to this post office! The two clerks that work there are always helpful and can keep the line moving. Never have to wait long at all. Best post office around.”
