“I stopped by this post office to drop of a bunch of packages Saturday and once i got home i saw a shipping label that i forgot to apply (running around like a chicken with its head cut off. ) well krysten the worker that helped me noticed and packaged it up and sent it to my po box using the return address on my other packages. Above and beyond. I wish i wasnt a home owner so i can move closer to this location. That was so sweet and thoughtful. I also noticed how caring she was to the other customers. So sweet and wholesome.”
“It boggles my mind why I get the neighbors full mail delivery at times. Minimal staff or not, you're getting paid to do a job that affects many people. Maybe that's why it took over 3 weeks for a piece of mail to finally get to Columbus for what became a late payment. Pay attention to detail please.”

I have never been treated so good, I had my issue resolved and I got to see first hand how much the guys at buckeye lake usps, are willing to take the time and effort to make sure that you are always taken care of.
